#=$ I was wondering if the trouble bubbles were going to be rereleased. I missed it the first and second time and would like to add a few to my armies before I lose interest in gi joes again. I dont see myself being as in to them 2 years from now.

Thaty's cool to know. I don't even know if the 1997/1998 reissue even made it's way to Texas before being discontinued, so I missed out on that chance to get one. Originals are hard to find mint and complete as well.

You weren't really missing too much... the 97 flight pod I had broke as soon as I took it out of the package. Stickers were sub par by the best of standards and it overall really really stank... litterly. Mine smelled oily.

 

The Viper on the other hand isn't too bad if you stand him in the back of a bunch of 98 vipers.

i hope its a new design on the bubble and not a re-release. every bubble i have ever had has fallen apart in my hands.

personally I hope to see it too, as long as it's not a funskool rerelease... as the mold is already so fragile. I just put together a funskool CLAW and the rubber is so crappy on the wheels. you have to be quite careful... the stuff displays great, but play-quality is hurting. Funskool should get sturdier, less rubberygreasy plastic... and all retailers who sell that crap should be strung up and have their entrails torn out of them with a broken funskool vehicle of their choice. @-@

Thats weird, I have an original trouble bubble that has been through a world of abuse and it is still fine.

 

What areas on the trouble bubble are most prone to breakage?
