  5. I would love to see that. I would also love to see a Star Wars movie that is neither based on nor connected to a story in the franchise that already exists. It's a big universe, right?
  6. anybody remember the mad tv sketch adult toy story? heh..... woody just couldn't compare to buzz...... mom's new favorite toy.
  7. this literally gave me flashbacks of childhood! neca really does a damn fine job. i always thought shredders cape looked like a giant trash bag.
  8. is it just me or are they all just a little off?... sort of an uncanny valley thing idk...
  9. rad. i'd love a win. besides the point did anybody hear about a possible Mezco security breach??
  10. Hermione's looks okay. A bit caricature-ish but not bad. Voldemort and the snake looks great. Harry and especially Ron are misses.
  11. Cool set. Not really collecting the movie stuff. I just wish the cartoon 2 packs would come to the Philippines
  12. I was just thinking the same, a John Wick figure for the shelf.
  13. Not sure I'll watch this in theaters, I mean, TS3 was a nice ending to this franchise, but we'll see how it does.
  14. It looks neat, but also has a lot of things to address in order to be a good movie and sequel to T2
  15. There has been a lot of rumor and speculation concerning Lucasfilm's plans following The Rise Of Skywallker; and for now, until it's confirmed, I suppose you can add this, as well. Sources with BuzzFeed.News say Laeta Kalogridis (Avatar, Shutter Island) is writing a script for a potemtial trilogy based on Knights Of The Old Republic, a role-playing game about Jedi versus the Sith set nearly 4,000 years before the events of Star Wars: A New Hope.(Source: BuzzFeedNews.com)
  16. I'm more of a LOTR kinda guy, but these sure look amazing, specially with their patronus. Granted, the likeness is not the best, but it's ok. I wonder if McFarlane is gonna find a ways of printing faces like other companies do, or if he's gonna stick to painting the faces.
  17. Can't quite make out if they're using the new articulation scheme they introduced for their Fortnite figures, but certainly McFarlane is getting many more properties.
  18. I actually think he would do a good job as Batman. I'm interested. He's a good actor outside of Twilight, he's bulked up to superhero weight before, I like the choice. I could see them doing some screen tests with him and seeing how he fits the role first, but in a general sense, he's a good fit to me.
  19. Yeah from what I can tell their MK licence was general (all games) from the get go, in contrast with SF where they only had the SFV licence at first and then theyve gradually been able to get licences for other games (Now SFII turbo), but I agree its most likely theyll stick with the first games for a while (they still have a ways to go with more main characters) before they start making designs from the newer games, probably wont make any MKX figures for a while since it hasnt been too long since mezco did their figures from that game, and with McFarlane doing MK11 figures I dont see storm trying to compete with mcfarlane either seeing as they have enough designs from previous games to release and make money.
  20. Really hoping for a win here to many figures coming up and running out of funds.
  21. Mezco's website is doing some strange stuff. There's a 50% off friends and family sale going on right now that automatically takes 50% off your order at checkout. Seems a little odd and may not even be official so order at your own risk, but it definitely takes half off your order. Just a strange thing I thought I'd point out to you guys.
  22. This is an awesome set! I really need to find a way to get the turtles. I want them so badly but money is sparse and I have to be a bit picky with my purchase choices.
  23. They did show an MKX scorpion prototype a year or so ago at a con. I believe they have a general license of MK spanning all the games. I imagine we wont be seeing mk9 stuff for a while, if at all. They seem to be covering mostly mk1-3 for now. Kind of weird we didnt see anything more of the mkx scorpion.
  24. Man, I hope it comes with an alternate skull mask. I hope they have the license for MK9 and do figures from that soon, too.
  25. I'm just bored with Batman these days and could use a break. I remember just about everyone originally hating the idea of Heath Ledger as the Joker.
