  3. DC Studios bosses James Gunn and Peter Safran spoke out about the Greg Berlanti-produced CW series Superman & Lois today and believe the series will continue for one or two more seasons. The DC Studio bosses noted that nothing is in the works with Berlanti Productions and Berlanti’s Green Lantern series is not moving forward at the streamer. Source: Deadline

  5. Damien Wayne 'unhinged'??? I do not think he is unhinged. Maybe the Deadline writers are unfamiliar with that character. Ezra needs to be fired it is prison not "recovery"
  6. EA has released an update on their upcoming game, Jedi Survivor. They say they player feedback has led to improvements, such as more expansive environments, improved combat, and \more. They are currently working on 'final stage bug fixes', and because of the improvements in the game, they have pushed back to release date from March 17 to April 28, 2023. 7. What a hunk of junk...but in a good way! Building on the Weaponizer/fossilizer gimmick, Transformers Legacy Evolution Junkion Scraphook worked out great with no need to partsform, he is missing a pin I really would have liked but it might only be a minor issue on my copy. View the full article
  8. Not to mention the 5 Points Scooby-Doo figures they originally previewed in 2019 and Mezco's Monsters which they keep pushing back the delivery date!
  9. I think I already established that you and I disagree, Jay, but I understand your point of view.
  10. New DC Co-Chairmen and CEOs James Gunn and Peter Safran have said that the door is still open for previous actors to return to the DC roles, including Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot), Aquaman (Jason Momoa), Shazam (Zachary Levi) and more. Robert Pattinson will be returning to play Batman, but he will not be starring in the new DC Universe Batman & Robin movie The Brave and the Bold as Gunn and Safran will want a new face for that edgy tale about the Dark Knight and the unhinged, spitfire son he never knew about, Damien Wayne. Pattison will continue to play Batman in Matt Reeves’ sequel, Batman II, which is currently being penned and scheduled for October 3rd, 2025. Gunn and Safran pressed the issue about The Flash and it's still up in the air if Ezra Miller continues to play the role in the future. Gunn explained when asked about the Cavill issue, exclaiming that “We didn’t’ fire Henry. Henry was never cast. He was in a cameo, and that was the end of his story. The duo mentioned that Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom is being finished up for its Christmas release and they can see Jason Momoa returning as Aquaman. Source: Deadline
  11. To be fair it's not James Gunns fault that dc execs prematurely cancelled the last swamp thing series. I'm interested to see if they can capture the spirit of the character and am looking forward to seeing a swamp thing with a movie quality effects budget behind him
  12. Waller, the spinoff of their Suicide Squad HBO Max series Peacemaker is one of many new live-action HBO Max series that DC co-Chairmen and CEOs James Gunn and Peter Safran have confirmed under their new DC universe, Chapter One, “Gods and Monsters.” The series centers on the mercurial and political Amanda Waller (Oscar winner Viola Davis), a senior civil servant and director of ARGUS. She established the Suicide Squad, in her quest to assemble a team of expendable metahumans who would be used to execute covert operations against dangerous threats. Christal Henry would be writing and executive producing, along with Doom Patrol creator Jeremy Carver. Source: Deadline
  13. See I disagree because that's not how these movies are made these days. They are made to be 1 piece of an overall story. So when you start getting invested in that story and they pull the rug out from under you it very much becomes frustrating to watch.
  14. I just want to see good movies. If any of these are, I don't care how and where they fit into the new lore. If they're good and don't continue, I may be disappointed, but I'd still rather see a good movie about a character or characters I like than not see it. I wouldn't call any of these movies pointless, unless they turn out to be s***.
  15. Having recently come back together for Dreamwave's War Within: The Dark Ages in 2003, Simon Furman and Andrew Wildman sat down for Australian distributor Madman Entertainment's G1 DVD set for a near-hour-long interview. View the full article
