  1. That's fine if it's not nemesis in Japan, understandable. But you have to equally understand, that for americans, black optimus mold = nemesis prime, and we're gonna naturally be turned off from this thing with an auto symbol on it. Regardless of the symbol, it's still just another cheap repaint of a mold that's already had too many MP releases.
  2. Not picking this up it it's not flocked. Just looks like a bad Beastman custom.
  3. Seriously, whoever's in charge of the website needs to be fired. Ten minutes before the figures even go on sale the site goes down. They've had months to iron out the kinks. Each month they say they've ironed out the server issues and each month it gets worse.
  4. Yeah I saw those in Target the other day, about 20 years ago.
  5. I really don't believe this line is getting hotter and hotter each month. I believe the speculation is getting hotter and hotter each month, and when good ol matty finally ups production numbers enough so that everyone gets their fill without having to resort to ebay, matty will be left holding a bunch of figures unsold cause they upped their numbers too high. If they'd just drop the order limit to 2-3 sellout time wouldn't be so crazy. When every scalper in the world knows they can double there money on every figure they buy from your site, it'll just sellout faster and faster, but that doesn't mean the actual demand is going up.
  6. Well, with the server crashes, at least merman won't sell out in a half an hour

They're not going to be coming out on display. Most of the walmarts have done their resets now. All the other marvel legends stuff is in the clearance section and Marvel Universe dominates the pegs now, they aren't putting the big figures back up.
  8. Yeah your right that was a bad example. Well......at least a lot of them came in original pretty neon colors!
  9. So is there anyway to get these exclusives without attending the con? I'm about 700 miles from the show and I don't think the wife will let me make the trip.
  10. I disagree on the plastic quality. My son's been playing with funkskools, 25th figures and 2002-2006 figures and the funskools hold up better than any of them because it's hard plastic not soft plastic. They don't measure up to the 80's plastic quality, but there is an upgrade in plastic quality of the90's funskool figures from the 00's funskool figures. Plastic in toys across the board has gone steadily down in quality over the past 15 years and the el cheapo funskool figures that have flooded the market were made in the last decade. As for the originality, funskool had some original concepts too. They brought us skydiver, superman, supercop. Granted it wasn't much but it's something more for us to collect
  11. More power to you. As you can see from the other posts here (including the OP), the "limp-wrists" are a sticking point for far more people than just me. We've already seen that Hasbro's got a fixed version of that tooling on-hand (see the upcoming Cobra 5-pack), so this just smacks of poor decision-making/laziness/et al on their part. It's because it's upsetting so many people and not just you that I'm getting 5 or 6 of these. The ones already out look just fine on my shelf and if noone will be buying them, I'll be able to get a bunch when they go on clearance.
  12. I was going to buy one of these, but now that this guy is complaining up a storm about something so minor as wrists, I think I'll buy 5 or 6 of them.
  13. While the east coast will have a lot of the circle in the ocean on its east half, Kansas City has a wide ocean of nothing between it and Denver, and after Denver there's another wide ocean of nothing for a while.
