I really like the Trigun/Trigun Maximum manga, more or less every problem I had with the tv show (poor pacing, filler, too light hearted) was fixed, and the art is really good. I also enjoy JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, though only Part 3 is currently being released in the U.S., and it's fairly hard to find, so you might need to look elsewhere. Then, as mentioned by some others, Berserk is good. Also Yotsuba is adorable, it's the story of a little girl and her father/neighbors.

I've got the first episode, but have yet to download it. I saw the first half or so of the original series, before dropping it, and this looks a bit more interesting than the original, since one of the major complaints I've heard was the ending. Though the production Studio, Bones, hasn't had the best track record for endings...(Rahxephon, Soul Eater, etc.)

I don't suppose I have any real reason to be posting in this thread, but just reading this has made me very nostalgic. I do remember the days of American Dream Comics, and the discussions, and then the coming of TNI, and it's eventual change. I suppose that nothing lasts forever, and everything changes, but as far as JayC's posts go, I don't think that forums are outdated, I mean, social networking is great, but it doesn't change the fact that there are many niche hobbies, toy collecting a pretty good example, where it's hard to find people who share your interest. And as far as my opinion on flaming, and attempting to assert one's own dominance over the internet, there will always be people who want to make themselves feel better by putting others down.

Not really directly related, but I'd rec commend skipping Red Rabbit, far too long, and Jack Ryan has little to no time in the novel itself, mostly due to him writing it much later, and sandwiching between two other novels. It's really just a side story that never needed to be told that drags on 500 pages longer than it should.

Wow, I'm pretty excited about this one. Metroplex always was my favorite out of all the 'base' transformers. And he's cheaper than Omega Supreme.

My brother got me a reissue Sixshot, after he accidentally dropped mine out of a 3 story window about 10 months ago, best sneezing accident evar.
