Obi-Wan Kenobi reviewed right here:Obi-Wan Kenobi Review

I think he's my least favorite figure in the line so far. I love Ewan's portrayal of Obi-Wan, but this figure is just really weak overall. I think had he came with a cloak that I'd have been much happier. He just seems so incomplete without it.

Thanks for the review.
I am not crazy about that toy at its basic design level, but what do you want from the Jedi? They're not the most exciting characters visually.

I'll hope that #1 - The Stormtrooper will eventually be easier to find. How can they not re-release the Stormtrooper?? Han Solo gets a re-release and I gotta think the Stormtrooper will get at least another release.

#2, that Clonetrooper will come back out but in a more fun deco and with some more elements to his costume, like a Captain Rex or an ARC Trooper or something.

I agree... He should have gotten the Darth Maul treatment...

I really have to agree with this. If this were any other line, we would probably be screwed, but Star Wars is Hasbro's action figure cash cow. It's the one line you can always count on them flooding us with product.

I called the Disney Store (there are 3 here) on my side of the Valley.....they won't have any actual Star Wars figs put up till July....I visited them back in Jan. & they didn't have diccctation....so this sounds about right for their part....they do carry Marvel Selects on the Regular but usually the crappy ones....they were swimming in Black Widow & Hawkeyes back a few months ago.....but they either cleared them out or shipped them off to the Isle of Misfit Toyz....last I checked they were swimming in Iron Man 3 Select figs....I haven't been back but I'm due a visit this weekend.....Glad to see that your elusive Bounty Hunter was found WJ.....kudos to JR for that hookup....I haven't found any Wave 3 here yet but I don't think they'll show up till all the damn Slave Leias are free at last great Crom all mighty Free at last.....

Yeah, I think everywhere has Slave Leia in abundance. Never thought I'd say that!

Last night I reviewed the Stormtrooper. He's easily the star of series three: Stormtrooper review

Slave Leia and Greedo are really pilling up around me. More Leia's than anyone though. I got Bespin Luke coming to me thanks to a friend. I can't wait to get him!

All Slave Leias & No New Waves make Jack a dull Jedi.....nothing new here yet & the TRU's are way out of my way....they told me last time I called they aren't allowed to hold product.....I told them of course they do, how else do they stock the damn things....enough of my act (I'm here all week) they held Bebop & Rocksteady for me when they came out last year...but I don't know what they have currently & I have some grown up stuff to do tonight so no go on the TRU hunt prolly till Saturday, when all the other nerds will be out......so I'll have to wait till Target gets its act together to clearance out those Leias....& then the redshirts can start scalping the Stormtroopers like they did w/Boba.....goot times....man , then maybe I can get a crack at those Stormtroopers......yeahhyuhhh @stormtrooper@ @fett@ @stormtrooper@

I saw Obi Wan for the first time at a comic shop. Only one left over from the wave, of course. It doesn't matter because they were marked up to $30 so I'd have passed anyway. That Obi Wan will be there for a long time.

well I spotted an young Ben at Terget last night....& he's not spectacular at all....one can say yes, he is a Jedi but no flowing Robs or switchout old Ben head (haha) makes him very lackluster & almost like a breakup note from Hasslebro...of course the Stormtrooper, Droopy Luke & even old buddy Han were longgg gone... I left Young Ben behind cause I'm still on the fence Darth Maul can keep fighting my Avengers & Pilot Luke for now.....I don't know about you hunters but sometimes my overactive imagination makes me wonder.....the other day I asked one of the Redshirts if they had any new stuff, of course I get the usual casual glance at the stocking gun & "nope, nothing new in, when we get product it comes out straight to the floor"...I guess maybe they got a new wave I dunno? butt the only thing that left me unsettled was the fact they still had 2x Pilot Lukes & 2x Greedo....I've had other employees tell me they wont restock the shelf till the others are gone....that's prolly hearsay too, I was just theorizing that some redshirt collector scoped out the new wave stock & snagged up his faves & left the scraps hanging there to mock me.....$ is $ to target but once again it stinks when we work allll day & I'm not using leave-time to hunt for toys (now who sounds crazy) but as far as the Boba Situation went, I'm hoping like hell the Stormy's don't go the same way too, I have only spotted Boba once at retail & believe me I hunt like a muther especially if I can help out other collectors....at this particular Target a few of the employees are collectors cause they talk the talk when I bring up what I'm lookin for....at this time online I see most Stormy's are up there like Boba in the almost $50 range which is ridiculous....but I'm a dedicated hunter so I'm gonna find what I'm looking for one way or the other just had to vent for the thousandth time, broken record blues....good luck guys @hvg@

Scored the Bespin Luke today at a TRU. He looks fine to me, the eyes are not droopy at all. Looking forward to standing him next to the others!

With Target, you can take the toy to any of the price scanners and it tells you if there's any in the stockroom. I can't tell you how many Captain America figures I've scanned, all telling me "In stockroom: NO". Yeah, there's always a chance an employee intercepts the good stuff well before it hits the floor, but there's nothing we can do about that.

I'm so very behind on these things. The only one I have is ANH Han. I want the rest, namely Obi-Wan and Bespin Luke. I just hope I can find a Obi-Wan with evenly-painted eyebrows; all the ones I've seen online have the eyebrow paint too high, making him look ridiculous. It's like the paint is applied just above where the actual eyebrows were sculpted. It looks quite funny. (lol)

I'd love to get my hands on that Luke though...that's one of my favorite versions of him.
