Is the cartoon a realistic style of animation like the old one or more like the current Transformers cartoon or upcoming Cline Wars?

Cool, love the look of the vehicles, but I might have to pass, I like that TRU A10 way more than the old stubby Rattler.

The animation is more like the original then anything we've seen since the original only it's better and I the action is sweet. Like Snake-Eyes throws a dagger at one of the Cobra Soldiers head. They don't show him actually killing the guys but you know when he's sticking his sword down to where he just threw a guy, he just killed that guy.

It would be nice to have a classic colored Rattler and Conquest to replace my old fragile ones but the pilots are not that great. Wild Weasel looks just like the comic pack one and Slip-Stream just has Trip-Wire's head.

So far my biggest complaints out of everything shown the last two days are Cutter and Slip-Streams heads.

I still really love those 7 packs.

Thanks Jay. Are the going to show the clip on Hasbro's site or someplace like that?

We type these fast and in the dark so there will likely be some typos in these reports till we can later go back and clean them up. We do this to bring you the news as soon as it's announced but we do apologize for any spelling mistakes that might occur

I'd like to clarify again that I wasn't trying to rag on you guys, and I offer an honest apology if it seemed that way. Mistakes will happen; I was serious when I said I was pointing it out only because I would want others to do the same for me.

That being said, thank you for providing all this cool, up-to-the-minute info. The new cartoon sounds AWESOME! I like the Lady Jaye/Starbuck comparison. Sounds ballsy, just like LJ should be. Warren Ellis writing it makes me a little giddy.

I do hope CC killing a baby seal has some point to it, and isn't just some random act of violence to convince us he's evil... then again, if that's pulled off well, it could still be good, I guess. I also like that they pulled one of the original cast members to pick up Chris Latta's mantle. Bravo!

It's also nice to hear some of the ideas that Hasbro is putting into these figures- I never would have made the purple IG/Voltar connection on my own.

According to Hasbro they were not going to be showing the clip online. What they showed us was not really a trailer, just something to give us an idea of what we can expect. Probably so we can all talk it up, which in this case is worth talking up. I don't know when they will actually show something online though I would guess they will show something at SDCC next month. If nothing else the same clip as they showed here.

How many times does Hasbro have to release a figure before they get it right? Well if Duke is any indication it takes them 6 times. Course I guess you could make the case that it's TF Duke and we'd need him in his V1 colors to count....which would be 7.

Doesn't give me much hope for a chance of a fixed Rock N' Roll, Breaker, Steeler, Clutch, Grunt Or Short Fuze in the future. Course if The Major Bludd in the 7 pack has a poseable robot arm and they don't change his colors I might have to eat those words since will have only taken them 2 tries.

The rest of the stuff looks pretty sweet. I really like the Evviro sets, and the Jets. Don't know why they are bothering with ARAH guys in 12inch format when we have the Sideshow stuff, but whatever.

So we going to see anything more tomm. or is this about all she wrote onnew stuff?

Adventure Team = ARAH's older ret@rded brother...also known as Barbie-dolls with guns. @smilepunch@

On a side note, I just realized that the boards filter out the word "ret@rded."

They meant that in jest, he's not really killing one. The animation team was just describing how much more ruthless he'll be. This was said in comparsion to the Sunbow series.
