My local Wally-World had the first Series of DC and Batman (minus SP Penguin). I picked up Supes.
Make sure to look close before buying though. The first Superman I saw had the right leg all bent outta shape.

If I did get the Supes it would be the shiney one. Since he's wearing armor now, it may as well be shiny. Whereas with Batman I like the flat look better.
I've said before I struggle over whether or not to buy New 52 figures. Maybe I'll just get the Big 3 in New 52 form and cut it off from there.
Not tempeted by Injustice Batman. I'm already over my limit for Batman figs.

Saw these at Kmart last night, they had a Bat Girl too, but sadly she was the shiney look too.

I LOVE the shiny Batgirl! She is drawn that way and its Babs.... love it! These two above are only hitting TRU as of now. I will get WW and that's it. Not feeling that ugly thing they call Batman. As far as previosu releases. I love the Shiny Bats more than the flat one. But prefer flat Supes to shiny.

That sculpt on Batman looks awful. It looks like an in-house job because it's way below the standards of the Four Horsemen. It almost looks like a knockoff or a '90s attempt at hyper articulation. Just terrible.

What do you think of Wonder Woman's face?
When we first saw a prototype it looked great, but then at Toy Fair 2013 we saw a production model and the face looked terrible. Your picture is too blurry to see detail and I wondered what that face looks like.
