The reason i ask this is because a few hours ago i was in front my favorite actor, arnold schwarzenegger. I couldnt think or talk. I wanted to say so much but it was just for a few seconds. He signed my poster and it was done. I was so sad that i nearly cried when it was done, lol. Funny because i never react like this. I met a lot of stars in my life but never was it like this. I will post a pic tomorrow

Retail in downtown Toronto for years, I've met David Arquette, Tim Daly, Michael Clarke Duncan (he was HUGE) and Richard Grieco. I just missed out on meeting Kevin Smith one time, which would have been my biggest geek moment ever. My manager also told me that Celine Dion came into our store while we were super busy. She was surrounded by her bodyguards. The Incredible Hulk was filmed right outside my old store, but surprisingly I never saw anyone famous.

Mine is obscure there was once a TV show in the 70's called Rhoda and the guy who played her husband (David Groh)was in the store I worked in the 80's and I got him a Picnic Table he asked for

I knew Mo Vaughns mom in my hometown and met Mo when he was a 6th grader

For those who don't know ,Mo Vaughn was a baseball player and played for the Red Sox and Angels

The last person was Stan Bush at Botcon in 2010 but I was a coward and never talked to him

it was in germany for the premiere of last stand. i heard on tv that arnold would come and i didnt knew where so made a little search and it was just 250miles away. so i thought to myself i will never have the chance again to see him once in my life like this. even though it was far away, my best friend and me went to meet arnie. it was so amazing. here the picture. i am right in front of him. i was just to hard to take a picture with all the people who went nuts. arnold just came to me because i had a drawing of him and stars love that kind of stuff. it helped me to get closer to him and it also worked for triple h.

i must say that i saw a lot of actors in my life. i must be a lucky guy, lol. danny trejo at a horror convention, jean claude van damme made a movie around the corner i was working at back in the day. i am even in his movie jcvd. you can see my backhead at the very end of the movie,lol.

I have met a few famous people, but nothing impressive. I met the Undertaker once at a signing, my brothers and I skipped school that day so we could stand in line to meet him (he showed up drunk and a few hours late lol) I did shake his hand, it was like shaking hands with a bear, they were huge!

I met Alan Jackson when he came into the subshop where I worked and bought a bunch of food (I didnt recognize him, but the girl at the register did)

The only other person I met was Ray Liotta. He also came into my shop (same franchise, different store) and got some subs. He was actually pretty nice and was there with his dad (who I guess lives in the area) It was funny because his dad asked if we had any extra coupons, yet when Ray paid he pulled out a HUGE wad of cash. The next day some regular customers came in and said they had seen Ray the night before out at a near by strip club. Guess I know why he had that huge wad of cash!

Thanks guys he was very gentle. It was so loud that he couldnt talk to us. He didnt hear what we said to him. It also seemed that they were in a hurry. It could be because they had a plane to catch and it started snowing. Johnny knoxville and jaimie alexander were also there. Knoxville was cool and went to a lot of People but since they came at the same time, my eyes were fixed on arnold :-) i was dissapointed in jaimie alexander. I really thought she would be more gentle then this. She just past by. Didnt even said hi. Once she was on the red carpet she was totally different. As a thor fan it was kind of a bummer but i got what i came for :-D

I've met John Rhys-Davies and had him sign a Gimli action figure. I've also met Anthony Daniels and got a pic with him along with his autograph. Oh, I also met Gregg Berger, the voice of G1 Grimlock in the original show and animated movie. I snagged his autograph as well. All of them were very friendly and approachable. They were nice guys, each and every one of them. But I'm like you shokker...there's probably a dozen questions or comments I have for any given celebrity I want to meet, and when I'm face to face, it's like, "Uhhh..." (lol) Congratulations on meeting Arnold my friend.

I've also met some local news celebrities, but probably nobody you guys would know. (lol)

I had lunch with one of the editors for some of the Star Wars novels. What was cool was that a idea from my horrible fan fic novel ended up in a real SW book.

Shokker, I am extremely envious that you got to meet JCVD. One of my all time favorite famous people! And Triple H too? Wow. That's still pretty awesome you met Arnold but I can sympathize. I got VIP tix to see Motorhead last yr w/my fiance. The meet and greet happened hours after it was supposed to and I had no time to talk to one of the most epic legends in all of music, Lemmy. Been listening to Motorhead for most of my life and it was pretty bittersweet. I did get a signed Ace of Spades record and press photo, I just had much higher hopes.

In terms of other famous people I've met... Stan Lee (again, very rushed photo but he is the nicest guy ever), Eric Roberts (coolest famous person you can imagine), Danzig (I talked to him about comics and my girl talked to him about facewash!)... I met TINY LISTER coming off a plane in LAX a couple yrs back. He was yelling at someone on the phone and I didn't want to interrupt him but I'm glad I did because he was a larger than life, really down to earth dude. Over the years I have met tons of people at horror and memoribilia conventions.

Also, Michael Biehn was at a horror con out my way years back and NO ONE was talking to him. I'm sure he'll be accessible man.

My fav would probably be Mark Hamill about 20 or so years ago.. he was signing at a convention here in Chicago(not even Chicago, the western burbs), this was waaay before there was even anything remotely good in the stores besides some bendy figures and puzzles. So we got there, waited about 4 hours in line and finally got to meet him, got some pics, had him sign some crappy black and white photo of Han, Luke and Leia that I thought I'd never get them all to sign and then talked to him for a good 10 mins(we were near the end of the line and he was still real cool).

I did finally meed Carrie Fisher, but I can't for the life of me find my Mark Hamill autographed picture.. So we had some artwork signed with her on it...I doubt I'll ever get to meet her again and Harrison Ford.. so I've pretty much gave up on that pic with all of them in it...

Now I need to meet Brad Pitt, and my life will be complete

at conventions one can i met a lot of people. cast from friday to elm street to halloween but i dont really care for most of them. i know i met dany trejo and kane hoder. these two are so awesome. specialy kane hoder made everyone laugh all the time. i got nice pictures with both of them. i met a lot of wrestling stars to. triple h was my favorite for sure. big show, cm punk, rey mysterio, r truth, they all signed my book. cm punk and miz were just awesome. they were with us for a little while and they talked to us. dibiase junior was also talking to us for at least 20 minutes. really gentle guy. he just came from training and man was he ripped. funny thing in the ring he doesnt looks like that at all. there are two conventions in germany in march. michael biehn will be present in one and the other one will have robert englund and rowdy roddy piper. that will be so awesome

by gentle i mean that some stars really behave like divas. danny trejo, cm punk were really cool and didnt got upset. i talked to trejo when he came from the dinner room. he noticed my halloween t-shirt and we talked about it. some actors you can just talk to them when they are at the convention table. maybe i should write nice instead of gentle. makes more sense, lol. still learning :-D i know there was an actress from elm street who got upset every 10 minutes and left the room all the time to talk to manager of the convention. not entirely sure but i think i heard something like the water wasnt the one she wanted. dont know, real divas. john cena didnt cared for us at all. didnt even looked at us. you have some superstars who just pass by but at least they say hi and move on. i am totally ok with that. the bella twins told cena to say hi to a little kid who was all dressed up as cena. he barely looked at him. even undertaker took pictures with the kids. not the parents though. also something i dont get but its his choice and i respect that. at least the kids were more than happy.

Yeah, some stars are so full of themselves and their own hype!!! Like I said, Cluve Barker was awesome!! Asking us questions and really starting up the conversation!! We weren't sure how to act, we were so young and didn't know too much about the signing circuit? But he made us feel at ease!!

met/saw some of an alumni class of the Second City that was in Chicago to do a free reunion show...caught Brian Doyle Murray reading a newspaper on the SC steps, and ran into Joe Flaherty and Harold Ramis across the street at Walgreens. Got to see the show too. It was great. John Belushi would have been in that class if he were still around

had a nice chat with Tom Wilson while I was working at the Tribune building. He stopped in to buy some Cubs stuff and took the time to chat with me a while outside. being polite, I did not bring up Back to the Future. Nice guy...check out his comedy stuff if you havent already.

Im a huge 007 fan: saw Richard Kiel at wizard world in 06...got an auto and a pic with him where he's crushing my head. Lost the auto in a move years later, my wife wrote to his fan club to purchase a new one for my birthday and also explained that it was to replace the lost one. Mr. Kiel then sent me a copy of his autobiography with a special birthday message/auto free of charge. I got a birthday present from Jaws!

didnt get to go cuz i was outta town, but my wife met Eric Idle in Chicago promoting the Holy Grail musical...she got him to sign the soundtrack and my copy of Life of Brian.

didnt get to meet him, but got up front at a Lindsey Buckingham show and got to strum his guitar while he interacted with the crowd during Go Your Own Way

and, not in the meeting category, but still a personal touch...my wife has a small collection of autographs from the days when stars would actually answer fan mail: some of the best being from Bob Hope, Jimmy Stewart, and Mr. Rogers.

And speaking of 007, I too am a huge fan, although I don't own any memorabilia, and I sold my DVD set a few years ago. The only ones I have now are the Dr. No and Quantum of Solace Blu-rays, but I'd definitely love to have the rest. I'm curious feat, and I think I already know the answer to this but...who is your favorite Bond? Also, what do you think of Daniel Craig? You seem to be a pretty opinionated guy, so I'm very curious to know what you think.
