Awesome... this particular set has got my all excited for the Predator line all over again! I'm a little saddened by the fact that Dutch won't have a removable cigar.. but hell, it's better than NOT having him at all! Thanks a bunch NECA! You guys rock! Anyone order a case?

Is it a bad sign that amazon has Dutch for nearly 40 dollars? Am I going to have to spend way much more on this line than I want to? I try to not spend more than 20 dollars per figure...

I have each series preordered from BigBadToyStore. With shipping it comes out to less than $20 per figure.

Hmmm, I might have to pre-order Series 8, then. Series 9, really the only one I want is jungle disguise Dutch. Thanks for the heads-up on BBTS, though. I usually try to buy from amazon since I have Prime, but in this case it's more cost-effective to use BBTS.

I'm right there with ya shokker. Bitting at the bit for wave 8 and 9. I love wave 8 but i am real happy with 9 muddy dutch and no shirt dutch are friggin awesome. I can already see i will be picking up shirtless dutch in multipules. One will be for commando and one i my just remove the vest but that figure will see alot of custom ideas before it is all said and done.

I really do not know but i am hopeing it is in some way. Kinda like duke nukems straps even though they had it attached to the figure you could still remove it if you were able to pull the rubber that fit in the holes on the figure or take an exacto knife and cut it off

Yeah i also hope its removable for a lot of customs. I always needed a bare upper body for arnold customs.

These are now available in NECA's eBay store for $22 (Dutch) and $19 (Pred), but BBTS just bumped their pre order arrival estimate to March.

Just ordered mine from neca on Amazon, should get it in five days. I HATE the hunt now a days, just spent 3 hours today hunting down some walking dead figs at TRU just to get beat by the scalper tool bag driving a super bad action figure.com van. He even shooke his bag at me with Meril in it and worst part is he didn't know the chracter names.

That sucks. I hate scalpers and other opportunists who ruin it for legitimate fans.

Personally, I am glad BBTS has changed the ETA to March, as my checking account is at like -156 dollars right now.

I picked up the entire new set of WD figures at a local GameStop. Have you looked there? GameStop actually sells them for almost $3 less than TRU does.

I try not to be an entitled consumer, because I know we don't need any of this stuff, and these companies don't owe us anything...but, this vanishing act for Predator Series 8 is a real turn off.

I agree i mean why is some seller in canada the only one with these things? How are there reviews up on you tube but friggin no one has seen hide nor hair of these anywhere. NECA said they were shipping like 3 weeks ago so where the hell are they. Ever since they won toy company of the year it has been one cluster after another. Where is the portal figure chell? Why all the sudden is there problems getting these damn toys to retail. I feel like i am dealing with mattel all over again come on neca get your stuff together

I have been reading these forums for a long time and this will be my first post. I have been watching for these figures and keeping tabs on their availability because I personally wanted extra Dutch figures and I think I can shed some light on why only a small amount of this wave has hit. Apparently neca ran out and there will be a second shipment in April arriving to most retailers. That is the story I have seen from some online stores like amoktime.com and another online store this might also happen with bbts. As for brick retail I have yet to see them at a comic store or tru and I check tru every week with the upc. No sign of them even in there dc warehouse. Hope this helps. I guess we just need patience for now. They will show up soon.

By the way I got my first set off ebay with 3 more coming (2 sets are for friends). I have only opened one Dutch the Jungle extraction Dutch because the other 2 figures came momc. The Jungle extraction Dutch's cigar is removable and is a pain in the but because it is really small and if u leave the cigar out of his mouth he has a big hole in his mouth. I might suggest buying an extra jungle patrol Dutch to customize and swap the heads. They pop right off. Dutch in the movie only has a cigar lit in that scene for a few minutes. Not very accurate for the rest of the movie. But still kinda cool. I just hope tru still gets these figures even though thi s one figure comes with a cigar.

Not knowing when I will be charged from BBTS is so friggin' annoying. I can wait for the figures, but the 60-dollar charge hanging over my head is the problem here.
