I never heard of her till she was introduced..Back in the day I wasn't a She-Ra fan I was way into G1 at that point

Netossa only had a handful of episodes, hardly ever had a speaking part and was captured by the Horde in at least two of the few episodes she appeared in.

Worst figure in the whole line, I stand by that. Even the Star Sisters look awesome compared to her. But we all wanted her according to Scott....

I wish they never did any She Ra characters apart from She-Ra herself and Shadow Weaver. They all seem lame next to the He-Man figures. I know they are there just to pad out the subs but original characters like Draego man are so much better imo.

There are some great female characters, but I think Mattel went overboard. Too many too soon. And I saw in the recent Q&A's that there's gonna be another in 2013 that hasn't been announced yet. These kinds of decisions are what hurt the line. Mattel has been telling us and/or themselves what's in demand that isn't actually in demand. It's just the loud and whiny PoP backers at a certain web site that probably don't even like He-Man or MOTU and would prefer a PoP line of all females.

i got to disagree with ya on that one I never watched shera either much but i loved the bad guy toys as a kid & just used them as skeletor bad guys since i didn't have a hordak but i had leech & grizzlor & mantenie or whatever Still think there are some pretty cool bad guys which imo they need to focus on more than the girls

He probably meant only the female figures that some feel don't match the look of the line. Which I agree with, I have no problem with the Horde being in the line, but I'd have preferred She'Ra's friends be in a separate sub or not at all.

The Horde count as He Man toys regarding what lines they were in. I love the Horde. Leech and Dragstor were among my favourites of the whole line as a kid. I even like Mantenna FFS lol.

I like all the Horde. Mattel's unrealistic plan to make this line last until 2021 or whatever they were trying has had the opposite effect of what they wanted. What would a Horde Trooper 3-pack have done instead of the Star Sisters? Mantenna instead of Netossa? Even the upcoming Snake Face is one that probably not a lot of people were begging for but are glad to get because it looks great.

I swear Mattel pretends there are rules to how they can release figures. There's nothing that said they couldn't give us a Horde Trooper 3-pack or even Glimmer already. Who cares if you get all the essential PoP characters out of the way by the third year?

There are tons of figures to choose from as the years go by. Just make good decisions and good figures. People would have collected till 2017 if they hadn't decided to start holding out on us to bleed us for more money. Most of the subscribers aren't die-hard 200X or PoP fans. They're toy collectors and general MOTU fans, who like everything (everything cool, that is. the Star Sisters are definitely not cool).

I do agree that if fans stuck around till the last year, they would be diehard enough to buy all the crappy characters. No need to spam so many slots early on with them.

My sentiments exactly. I'm still disappointed at how they approached the 2012 30th anniversary subline because as far
as I'm concerned the only thing I enjoyed was Draego Man. Mattel did a disservice to the line by indiscriminately wasting
potential slots for characters that were in the actual medium. This is one reason why I can't knock the inclusion of the
Star Sisters, because atleast they were actually in the MOTU mythos. They may not have mass appeal to those in
favor of the original roster, but I'd rather characters such as those fill slots before a Cy-Chop, Spector etc. Heck
they could have utilized that subline for nothing but Filmation and/or comic characters since it was excluded from the sub.

I think the majority of people feel that way about the 30th Anniversary figures. Draego Man was the only one who lived up to the hype. The rest were pretty underwhelming.

I like the idea of the Star Sisters because that's what MOTUC was from the start: rare and unreleased figures seeing the light of day. I just think the Star Sisters were a poor choice and didn't need to be made (at least not so soon -- if it was 2016, it'd be a different story).

But yeah, to your points I say right on, man. I hope they've learned their lesson, and I hope it's not too late to save MOTUC. There are so many great figures/characters that we still need. It would be really unfortunate if 2013 was the final year. Get back to basics, Mattel. Quit trying to tell us what's cool and demanded and listen to us when we tell you.
