Indeed not. I think you've just debunked your own argument.
Besides the cooincidence that both heroes loose their powers in their second movie (which you just pointed out correctly to be a common superhero occurance), I'm not seeing any other "clear rips". Unless there was an alternate ending to both Spider movies in which Peter achieves time travel to make all conflict that occured in the previous two hours moot
(oh...and, bootleggers are crooks!)
How did I debunk my argument, I was pointing out the obsurd flaw of saying that it was linked to a comic when EVERY superhero has lost their powers. The Spiderman movies were all direct rips except for this new one. Then you try to get technical by mentioning the time travel nonsense.............I was speaking to the general story arc but I will assume you are playing coy to validate your flawed point. The pacing and direction of Spiderman 1 was exactly like Superman 1...even down to the adoptive fathers having a quote that impacts the final outcome "one thing I do know son and that is you are here for a reason"..."with great power comes great responsibility". Spiderman 2, the overall arcs were him losing his powers, finally getting the girl and the reveal, including the ending where they understand they cannot be the together!!!.......same as Superman 2. Superman 3 with all of its flaws down the idea that he fights 2 villians and turned bad were all ripped into Spiderman 3. I didn't even make all the other little small points but what I did mention shows glaring consistency and if you choose not to see them then fine, again truth never needed validation from the TNI Marvel Mob.
