Ok, so there have got to be a few more ghost heads haunting these boards, who is down for getting a Rookie? I for sure am, but I am a little let down that they didn't include that fully-loaded pack, but the trap at the waste and pke are nice touches.

Aww feat, I thought you would be for sure! You probably will be able to get it down the road thanks to a fire sale

What about you JangoNate? I know you are out there!

Done and ordered! Im thinking I am the ONLY PERSON IN THE WORLD who wants it! Maybe it's because I personally look like that generic, plain facial scuplt with short cut brown hair (Im sure alot of people might think that) but I am really thinking I will have someone customize it to give it the RockThePlank personal touch!

I bought one, I liked the game and we can always use a new buster. Besides we now only have two more to go before Matty pulls the plug.

Ha! you nailed it card!

I loved the game so much (I know Ive said it a bunch of times on here before) I really need to get in contact with someone who does good custom work, that pack is just all wrong! It needs to be pimped out!

Got my shipping confirmation yesterday, so it should be here by friday. Was even planning on buying a second one to customize but I was just informed that next week will be my last at work due to budget restraints :S (might be back by june as I work freelance) Anyway I also love the game and even though the pack needs customizing, I really like the face sculpt and the trap an pke at the belt details are great.

Question, what 2 more figures, I thought we only had Dana to go, am I missing something?

BAN THE DOUBLE POSTER!

I know there is Dana and one other person who has yet to be announced. Really sucks too, it will probably be yet another Ghostbuster. Meanwhile I have no Janine, Gozer, Terror Dogs, or the missing Scolari brother (there is hope that he will be the pack-in!) Other then all of that, we don't know anything.

And not to sound like a broken MP3, but STILL no word on our "gift" for getting our sub service revoked. Thanks Matty, wish you didn't say anything at all...

I could not afford him, just not enough money to go around for a figure I have no connection to. I don't have the game but I really want to get it and to play, maybe then I would see fit for a Rookie fig.

A lot of guys are claiming that they are pulling the plug but that still remains to be seen. There is really isn't much to cover from 2 GB movies but who knows maybe we can get an ECTO 1 or something like that, and then they can put the figs in their cartoon outfits and maybe make us some cartoon villians. There is more that can be done, don't be such sour grapes, there is too much negativity on these boards anymore when it comes to Matty.

Perhaps the negativity is deserved. I knew going into this line it would be GB heavy, I can accept that. I understand how they want to reuse molds and all that stuff, and that is just great. But the problem is this, exactily as your said, there isnt much to cover from 2 movies. Mattel wanted to make this line last as long as it could, so they sprinkled out a few fan favorites, and then surrounded those with plenty of stuff you may not normally want (see EVERY Lab Coat figure I own) but I bought it, for the long haul. Mattel got too greedy though. This isn't MOTU or DC where there are tons of characters to choose from, it's two movies, where the stars wear the same outfit for 70% of the movie. They should have had a clear understanding of this fact! That this line can't last years and years like their other properties, it's got a certain characters people want and that is it. But Mattel got too caught up in the sub services and only giving us an actual figure we REALLY wanted every few waves, and the fans couldn't stand that, so they stopped buying. Once most people had the main 4, they were done, not only because of the reissue mess, but also because that is the nature of the beat with movie figures.

No, Mattel isn't 100% to blame, but they are not without blame either. Overall I am more happy to have the figures, so I glad they made the figures, they just didn't make the figures that actually matter (outside of the four)

I hear what you are saying, I wasn't really thinking on that aspect though. When it comes to the sub you are CORRECT, how can you sub for a very niche' property like the GB movies. Mattel is very greedy with their practices. I wasn't thinking on those lines when I wrote above but on this aspect I understand exactly where you are coming from.

What I was originally referring to was people complaining about the limitations of the line, I knew when it was announced that any movie focused line would be short-lived but it seems some people didn't or don't understand that. To be honest because of all the other lines that were out there I did like the spacing out of the figures for this line. There is still a lot of potential and life left in the line, at least a year or two.

to be honest i was amazed that it went this long, lol. once that 4-pack was out i was like, ok the 4 main guys are out. good luck to get the rest but mattel did some more. i dont think the line is dead because mattel is really quite about it. all brand we know doesnt stop, we get glimps at new stuff but not from ghostbusters. i believe that they are working on something and we will get surprised at sdcc.

I see what you are saying SP. When the line came out, I accepted the fact that we would have a lot of GB's. Normally I don't buy multiples of the same character (I've only got 1 He-Man) but since it was GB's, and I wanted to support the line, I bought all in, balls deep. Personally I don't think this line has two years left, I mean I could easily by two years worth of product if it was produced, but the way it has been handled and everything, I think the line is just done. Short of GB 3 starting production in a month, I don't think there is much left here. I am sure with every figure released, there have been fewer and fewer orders. I love the GB, I wish I could have some RGB, and some more Video Game ghosts, but it's not in the cards, there isn't enough demand. Bummer too, I would really have loved all that stuff.

Finally got my figure, he actually came on Saturday, which was a shock! There must have been a new guy at the post office who wasn't aware that they keep packages routed to them from other carriers for a extra few days as part of their "assh*le" policy.

Good figure, head is kinda big though, but maybe Im just sayin that because Akroyds head is so small. The scultped on PKE and trap are also welcome additions!

The box with the Rookie is in the bedroom, but I'm not allowed to peer into it until my birthday next week (or party this weekend when we see The Avengers. Yay!). Can't wait.

Thanks! I have to move the figures in my home office to a desk. For some reason my 9 month old cant resist them and makes a crawling dash for them whenever he spots them. Especially the ghosts.
