Why do they suck?! I am still waiting for my freaking teelas & zodak! Since then I have ordered two items this month from the states!

One package from toyrockets.com (which is to be avoided by the way, see my post in tf section)
&
one from bbts

both were ordered on the 7th or so & both have got here FASTER than my package from mattel! Honestly I'm tired of this joke of a company!

I feel your pain, synch. I hate waiting the week or 8 days it takes them to get me my figures. I can't imagine waiting weeks and weeks.

right now we are getting into months :S freaking ridiculous. I bet the books I ordered from amazon using there FREE SHIPPING will get here faster than the shipping I paid for with mattel... Really why it takes so long is insane!

It would be nice if Mattel would just come out and explain why it takes so long. Like if they wait to ship the orders, or if they ship them out right away and the carrier takes a long time, or if customs is slow, or what. It really doesn't make sense that orders to Canada take as long as they do to get delivered.

Same here. I got my Zodak a couple of weeks ago, and Im still waiting for Teela. If I get Scareglow, or He-Man first, I will be pissed.

I'm really wondering why we keep giving this bullshit company our cash at this point... @loll@ I wish someone better would come along and scoop up heman & dcuc & the 4hm! @loll@ I'm considering calling my CC & getting my $ back for my teela order... maybe THAT would get a response out of mattel! @smilepunch@

I think it would. I've saved all the emails, and I probably will phone them if it doesn't show up before the others do.

Johnny- your webstor hasn't gotten here yet? I would be very worried, that's like two months, and I live just outside of Vancouver, and got mine a month ago.

The only reason I am giving my money to mattel is because of how much I love MOTU. I've loved every reincarnation of it, and the line is great imo. But if I had a vote, I would say give another company the reins. Give it back to NECA. The Mini Statues rocked, let's see what they can do. The Four Horsemen are creating awesome figures, now let's have a production company that can support them.

No my Webstor hasn't gotten here yet because he's coming in the same package as Teela that I paid for Oct 15th. I had webstor in my checkout from sept but I didn't pay for him until the Teela and Ray Stanz checkout in Oct. I got the shipping notice for all three figures a few days later.

Why don't you all contact Mattel consumer relations 1-800-524-8697 about these issues with long overdue figures? Digital River takes the orders and ships them out. Mattel Consumer Relations is there to try to resolve any issues you may have. It can't hurt so give them a call guys and I hope you all get some answers to where your Items are.

I used to call mattys customer service all the time 10 months ago about the MOTUCs taking so long to get here. But it takes this long EVERY month so there is no point in calling the customer service because they give you same answer every time. The figures will show up sooner or later.

matty is the best thing that ever happend to my collectorself. yeah it takes a @##@@ long time before they arrive but i say, as long as they arrive i dont care. i had a lot of trouble when a package got lost once. not with mattel but on ebay. try to do something about that. near impossible. anyway, i understand how you feel guys. i am in the same spot as you. i have to wait 4 to 5 weeks before i get them. you always have that feeling in ya that something went wrong. no one can even say where the package is. frustrating i know but i never had a problem with it as long as i get the figs. it sure could be better do. most of my usps sendings from ebay, dont take longer then 2 weeks top.

I was wondering about the same thing where the F did my Teelas go... and I saw your thread, I was going to comment on this a day before yesterday and then yesterday, I received my Teelas. So she's just around the corner, give them a few more days, maybe. Cheers.

I don't know what Mattel can possibly be thinking. They need to find a new fulfillment operation or this line is as good as dead.

Still waiting on my Re Issue He-Man, Color Of Fear DCUC, and something else I ordered on the 15th.. the slow shipping is starting to bum me out. I contacted them and they said

"We apologize for the inconvenience, But base on our records your order
status right now is in process: "The order has been completed and sent
to the fulfiller. This status will remain until the fulfiller
acknowledges that the order has shipped."

Sounds pretty silly to me, I just want my stuff!

I'm wondering if Digital River is shipping the non subscription orders first since there are so many subscribers and their credit cards need to clear before shipment is sent.

I don't have a subscription and no matter what I order I get it one week later by UPS. It takes a few days to process the order before it ships but total time from date of order to in my hand is one week I'm also in the USA so no waiting on customs #US1#

It's amazing I live in Idaho and I have usually got my packages almost exactly a week after ordered....Week to 10 days. I'm amazed that with all these problems they have been so consistent getting to me in the middle of freaking nowhere!

Yeah, I always get my figs(except Teela, but they had issues last month) within a week of my order. Usually I get them exactly 5 days after I get my confirmation (and that usually happens the same day) unless the order day is on a Fri, then it takes about a week. That is nuts you guys in Canada are waiting this long, what are they sending your figs by pigeon or somthing. We really need to flood the boards with this question for their next mattel FAQ.

That's why I just got rid of every piece of Mattel junk I have. I took the Mattycollector.com off my fav list. I couldn't get a lousy He-Man after day one of release. My kids will not get another toy from them, at least not from me. The toys are overpriced anyway.
