As I have more often than I'd like recently, I've listed more "I can't believe I'm still unemployed, never thought I'd sell these" auctions. This time around, I'm selling my three beloved G.I.Joe Resolute prototypes that a few were briefly available early in the year from inside China. My auctions are for the Baroness, Destro and Roadblock, all with their accessories(including Destro's cool, unexplained robotic arm attachment)

Yes, the Buy it Now prices are quite high, but I had been keeping these in the "never sell" pile(figuratively) until I saw someone on Fwoosh pay over $200 per figure, some without all the accessories, even. I am not pricing them that crazily, but considering there are none on eBay I had to guestimate.

Thanks for taking a look and/or telling your friends.

My Resolute Auctions

p.s. MintCondtion and Draven, I feel bad because I listed a couple City Strike Snake Eyes after I had found the one for ViperHunter and before I realized you guys were still looking for them. I'm glad you got one Draven, and Mint, if this one doesn't sell, its definitely yours at cost+shipping. #US1#

sorry to hear that dude. good luck with your auctions :)
I really like that Destro. If they ever release these I hope they fix the Baroness. Looks kinda weird

Dude even if I had not gotten a SE, I would not fault you! Being unemployed sucks! I was for almost 5 months before I got hired last month! It sucks right now to find a job, it really does! Best of luck with you on these and your job search! Hopefully you will be able to buy them back cheap next year in a box set! I really want the Destro and Roadblock to come out. :)

Thanks for the kind words fellas. Between what I can sell on eBay and my(thank god) unemployment benefits, I've been keeping afloat okay. I still buy Joes(as has been covered in other threads) and a Marvel Legend/DCUC here and there, but it was when I realized how much these were worth(even though I paid a hefty price back when I bought them), I couldn't rationalize keeping them.

And, Wolverine, I agree about the Baroness, though I think the only real problem is the flesh color which is far too pasty. But, these were protos and paint samples, so they're not expected to look like production pieces. Which to many like me(and more, I hope) is the allure. Because they're different and not something everyone has. But I certainly agree, that if/when we get a Resolute pack they have perfected the sculpts they already have. I don't know what they could improve on the Destro, though. What a frackin awesome figure. #US1#

How much would it cost for the CS SE plus shipping to Garland, TX? I still haven't found one.

Also, I think the robot arm attachment is because in the interview with the creators of Resolute they said Destro was supposed to have a robotic arm or something like that he used to escape Roadblock and Gung-Ho when they caught him and Baroness. Glad they didn't use that idea.

It would probably be like $13. The figure was $7.99, and the shipping shouldn't be more than $5.

Shouldn't be a problem. I still haven't found him...also, I'm looking for the new Ninja Battles playset. People have said they've been spotting them, but I haven't seen 'em yet. I want it so bad.

SO...many accessories...

So, I feel like quite the idiot now. Only today I realized that I set these auctions to end on Thanksgiving Night. Could I possibly have picked a worse night to hope for last minute bidders? lol. Dammit.
