so who collects them? i just got both of the t-700. the diorama and the endo. they look amazing to me. i also got dutch from the predator line. he is so perfect. they look so amazing those figs and they are @##@@ expensive. who else collects them? i have the t-600, marcus wright and john connor in preorder.

Hey, I don't collect them yet but I am planning to get a few figures soon. I actually decided to move on from regular action figures to the 12" premium ones since they look more worthy of being a collection item. I plan to get the HT Firefighter, Iron Man (which I will now wait for the Iron Man 2 figure) and probably a couple others. I actually like some of the RAH Medicom figures. Like the DBZ Goku. That will be mine first 12" figure!\

EDIT: Oh, and the new WOLVERINE figure looks so amazing I just might have to get one.

i totaly forgot about wolverine. i will preorder him too. he is so amazing. hot toys is pulling a vote on their site about the terminator line. you can choose from

-terminator 1 arnold
-terminator 2 arnold
-t-x from terminator 3
-kyle reese from salvation

i choose t2 arnold but in a way the vote is kind of weird. who wants kyle and t-x when arnold is in the competition? anyway, i hope they do them all. except for kyle because i want a michel bien figure with real actors likeness. blair could be cool also.

So, so happy we are finally having a great discussion regarding these true works of art. I to just recently picked up the T-700. He is, to put it mildly " EXTRAVAGANT "! I also have the weathered T-600 on order, but he probably won't be out till around December. That's the T-600 with the tattered clothing and removable face mask. I can't wait. I really want to get a couple of the Iron Man figs to. I really want both the MK II and MK III. Happy Hunting!

I plan to start buyin some figs from HT, but mostly loose parts and their Truetype nudes; I plan to bash customs so that I can own 1/6 toys based on characters from movie film and shows that HT wouldn't make


Somewhat not related, but the PMC instructor from Soldier Story is a popular t0y because the headsculpt is unofficially made to look like Jeff Bridges in Inon Man; ppl are purchasin that fig, along with the African descent silm Truetype HT fig to go with their HT Tony Stark

Ever since Enterbay intergrated the seperate iris articulation, other companies inserted it in their products though HT way of doing it is revolutionary.

just saw that hottoys is releasing new resident evil 5 figs with chris from resident 1 and a new wesker too. they look awesome. who collects them? i dont because i have the neca figs because they added some monsters. feels more complete. tempted by chris do. he looks great.

i got my t-600 and the leader of mankind john connor. john connor is my favorite. he is so cool and no one could been better for the role then christian bale. amazing how great these look. john's face sculpt is the best one i have ever seen from hottoys. the t-600 has so manny detailed sculpting. cant wait for marcus wright to arrive. he must be here any day now too. hope that they do a bike from the future. even if hottoys brings out an arnie, i hope that a bike should come too. hottoys did it for batman so why the heck not for terminator.

I don't collect Hot Toys............... yet! You know its funny some people complain about character/actor likeness but I think Hot Toys is spot on. I swear that Godfather figure looks exactly like Marlon Brando.

right with you there buddy. when i saw the terminator salvation figs, i was so bummed that i didnt get the t-800. that thing is realy expensive now. i hope that hot toys does it again. i mean they have to. maybe with different base or weapons or whatever. it has to come back.

i realized that too, that some people complain about the likeness. specialy when hottoys shows the first looks. i think that those people never had some hasbro marvel or playmates figures@loll@. everytime i look at my ahnold figure from predator, i am so wow. john connor too. i cant wait to get marcus wright. i ordered the last dark knight figure in the latest previews. hope that it arrives.

I'm sticking with their Resident Evil line, since NECA refuses to do anything more with that license. I'm waiting on my Sheva, Wesker (Midnight), and really excited about Wesker (S.T.A.R.S.)! I hope we eventually get to see both Jill Valentines (BSAA outfit and Battlesuit) and even H.U.N.K.! At least someone's doing us fans a huge favor!

tell me about it. i cant affort to much with hot toys. i stick to the terminator line and i will try to get wolverine. more because i love jackman. there wont be any better for this role. i would love if neca did more but we know how this goes. the resident evil figs from hot toys are so amazing. chris in his stars outfit is my favorite. so awesome. to much money for me. i collect dcuc and motuc. marvel legends are on hold for a year so i am a little releaved. not so into 3insh size either. i hope for a terminator 2 ahnuld. damn i would be in paradise. neca did an amazing job with t2 but hottoys will be top

I have to say, Chris is my least favorite, because something about his face doesn't seem right. But, the S.T.A.R.S. version is far superior to the BSAA. Besides he also comes with that extra "normal civilian" attire! Not to mention a BMFG! Although the prices may be steep, at least we're getting what we've paid for, right? lol.
