Between this and the TF Animated stuff, I think I know where most of my stimulus check is going.

My only question is why MC renamed Shockwave. I noticed that his file card has his code name as Shockblast. It kind of reminds me of what Hasbro did with the TF character of the same name when they released the Energon line.

I'm not aware of any official confirmation, I just can't believe they's make him in a pack like that, and not a regular version.

Cobra Desert Assualt Squad - not so sure about this one, I actually like my Major Bludd, but the accessories and troopers would be great army builders
Cobra Arctic Assualt Squad - YES SCRAP IRON, now we have the entire Cobra high command (also a decent army building set)
Firefly vs. Greenshirts - again, mainly an army builder, may pass - or use to get a custom Short Fuze and Zap

Three Packs
Wild Bill, Starduster, and ?????????? - donèt really want a second Wild Bill , but will get him for Starduster, as for the third figure, I would think that it is either a better version of Ace (with the wrong colours), or a second Airborne as Hasbro usually repaints for the 3-packs
Cutter, Torpedo, and ????????? - finally get cutter - admittedly a re-paint, but still glad to have him. The yellow torpedo is nice, but who is the green guy? any guesses? Divers
Destro with 2 IGs - YES, now I can army build and only get one of the wave 5 comic pack (Destro actually looks decent in this one)

I think it's safe to say we'll still see more stuff, those pics were taken last night... some look like they weren't even finished unpacking and setting up(greenshirt VS Firefly pics, no FF).. so I'm sure as they get settled, they'll put more stuff up, they'll also put up more of those cards that shows who's what, when it's available, etc...

I can't wait to see what else is coming and for this slew of stuff, Even though 99.9% of the stuff is repaints, I still love most of them.

The comic pack Scrap-Iron was in a rumored list with Main Frame. It also listed SnakeEyes with the Hard Master. That arctic Tele-Viper looks like he has new updated Main Frame computer.

From the entertainment packs love Dusty he is perfect. Quick Kick is good except for his karate chop hand. CC looks alot better. Serpentor is still not 100% original, close though. Major Bludd is crap. BAT is OK. V2 Snake Eyes looks like he has a new head and arms and legs. I can't believe they made an armored skeleton from Pyramid Of Darkness.

The eviromental packs look great. I love both. That Major Bldd is way better. I hope the scarf thing comes off. I like the Jet Pack Trooper with the HISS Driver/Flash body. They all look good. My only complaint is the pained sleeves on the Viper with Road Block arms.

The officer 3-packs are cool for repaints. Cutter is decent, I would have liked to see him with a new head and maybe a different life preserver. The generic diver from the cartoon looks good, I'm sure he is Duke or something. The other looks like v2 Deep Six. The pilots look good. Wild Bill seems to be a new paint job but looks awesome. Star Duster is great, no complaints there since the original was just frankensteined too. The third looks like a Ghost Striker Ace. The Destro and Iron Grenadiers are alright but nothing exciting. The Grenadiers look like thet now have different legs.

I love the customs. I wish those were real.


The Green Shirts are alright. I want to see Fire Fly

CG 5 pack is alright I guess. No that great.
Is that thing with the MOBAT and red HISS one of those upcoming battle packs? Looks like a desert Flint, darker camo Stalker, Steeler and I don't know who the other Joe is. The Destro is kinda cool, IG with silver head. I like the HISS Driver, CC is OK. You can't tell much from the Trooper/Officer. The red Trouble Bubble looks neat.

The proto drawing for the Cobra Para Trooper looks good. I hope they show the actual figure though.

Scrap Iron will definately get his original uniform somewhere down the line. I just can't see Hasbro not doing that.
Paraviper comes with gear that obviously could mean Ripcord is in the works.

The MOBAT is not a new sculpt it is the original, it has been made before.

I did say I would have liked Cutter with a new head so what is the problem? The rest of Cutter is decent though.

It looks like Wraith's armor comes off. If so, it looks like he could pass as a Devil's Due Main Frame. Even his head with the face plate up looks a bit like Main Frame.

Are they some kind of mishmash of Transformers/Predator/Alien? And I can do without the whole Cobra-La gig, too. But other than that, I'm looking forward to everything else!

It looks like the MASS Device is going to be tiny.

Look at JayC's pic where the treads for it are by Serpentor, Dusty and the Skeleton. If that is the base it is reall small.

Of course the rest of Cutter is decent it is just Shipwreck. The whole figure hinges on the head. Hasbro chose poorly in re-using Gung-Ho's head. In any case my WIP custom won't need to be scrapped now.

Maybe if enough of us say we like it they will make it. It could be a test to see what kind of response it gets. The same with some of those figures. They look really cool but how many people would complain that their precious spots are being taken up by Cobra-La, Big Boa, Star Brigade aliens and so on. Maybe they want to see our reaction and see if we actually want those.

Of course the rest of Cutter is decent it is just Shipwreck. The whole figure hinges on the head. Hasbro chose poorly in re-using Gung-Ho's head. In any case my WIP custom won't need to be scrapped now.

I hope Cutter does have a new head when he hits stores. Maybe they just had to throw that together really quick for the convention.
