You have to play dumb because I swear these employees have been told not to help collectors but if you appear to be an average joe customer they'll help you. Hell I deny being a collector because I know the info will get back to a manager or something. They probably watch us with the security cameras too. Thank God I'm forgettable or I'd really be screwed.
