this set is a pass. to many repaints to make this set worth the price just to get short fuze

And even then what is the point of getting Short-Fuze when he looks just like all the other versions of that body and his head looks like CP Hawk w/ two little dots from a glue gun over his eyes. I imagine the set will more than sell through though - which is good - anything to bolster the line... just not something I want or need.

I like the set, nice value for what we are getting. Plus I love the Mobat, it was my second Joe Vehicle(Vamp being the first) so I have a soft spot for it. Really though this set is great for the kiddies. Grandma might pick this up and bang, some little kid has a full set up ready to play. I like it when Hasbro does things like this, it keeps the line going, and gets kids, the real life blood of the line, into it. Bummer about short fuze, but come on guys, like Hasbro wont do a rerelease. I picture a original 13 pack sometime next year, probally after the movie.

It's a repaint of Doc's head. Better than nothing, but not great.

It' the Trubble Bubbles I'm crying about in this pack. Those look so much better than the off-white originals (even if their vintage accurate, it's a bad color). Seeing these bad boys in Blue, and the CLAWs being rereleased in maroon/red next year, it reminds me how cool the SNAKE armor repaint was back in the day!

Always loved the mobat cuz the treads worked unlike the Hiss. I like that Stinger driver repaint and Hiss Driver. But dont really need another crimson Tank. I dont know if I like short fuze. Is that what he looked like in the comics? The Blue bubbles kind of cool too.

The real gem here is Stalker. I just wasnt feeling him until know. He looks Killer ;)

Okay, I like the vehicals but "FOR GOD SAKES HOW MANY COBRA COMANDERS DO THEY THINK WE NEED!!!"

And Destro's for that matter I think I have 5 of them. Good luck selling those on ebay. You'll probably have to give them away!

I keep saying that about Darth Vader

Never, EVER, compare Darth Vader to Cobra Commander again. EVER. @grumpy@

Just so you all know, this is out.

I got mine at a target in northern Illinois, and they were all over the area.

Retail price $62.99. ouch!

But it is way cool!!

OUCH!!!

I guess the original suggested retail of $49.99 went out the window.

Oh well, still have to get this set.

My only downside to this set is I went out and bought one of those M-1 Elite Forces tanks, which, correctly scaled, dwarfs the MOBAT. Still, I will end up with one of these, and the 'extra' figs can go sit in my budding 'duplicates-only' coffee/break-room diorama. You know, the one where they all sit around waiting for 'the call'?

Hah! I'd like to see that.
