Rocking, I havnt been this happy with an animated series since MVP's MOTU. Now if it can continue the way its going I think it will easily be one of the better series ive seen. I really enjoyed teh modern character designs, they looked enough like the old but fit todays era. Plus the animation had that old school feel, very impressed with what ive seen so far.

I liked it too.......they kinda make the Thundercats out to be a-holes though. Enslaving a race of people for their own gain.......I thought King Claudious kinda came off arrogant too, I wasn't sad to see him go if you know what I mean. (In MOTU Randor wanted Adam to be more responsible, but you knew he loved his son). I liked it.....as an adult that still watches cartoons I thought it was pretty good. I didn't have to dumb myself down to enjoy it.

A very well done remake. I'm glad that they didn't take the Voltron route and say that it was a continuation of the original series. Everything that I see that tries that is always poorly done and seems like minimal effort is made with it. Much like the 2002 He-man this is a reboot that works well but doesn't go far away from the original. I enjoyed it a lot and thought that it was a far stronger opening then the original series. Showed that the "mutants" I don't know if that is the right term to call them in this series, aren't pure evil and they were just trying to use their superior tech to take the best land for crops and what not. In the original they just attacked because they were "evil"

Excellently done and hope they continue with the quality.

I thought it was.... AMAZING.

It was seriously one of the best cartoons I have ever seen on tv.. and better than a ton that I have seen made for retail release.

the animation was top notch. I loved how it wasn't cheaply done like so many of today's cartoons. Looks like somebody put a lot of time and effort into it by hand, instead of doing everything poorly with a computer.

The characters were also really nicely done. Both the costume designs and their characterization were good. It was odd for Tygra and Lion-O to be brothers, but I am sure that won't matter now that they are having to leave Thundera.

The story was cool too.

I really have no complaints. This show is excellent

The only thing I'm not sure on is Tygra and Lion-O being brothers.

There was something mentioned at the dinner scene.....stating that Tygra couldn't be King because he wasn't part of the line or something like that. That led me to believe that Tygra may have been "taken in" by Claudious or something along those lines. Like an adopted son...

I always liked Ben-Gali, so I was unsure about Lion-O & Tygra being brothers, but now that I just read he was adopted, I'm cool with it. Don't know how I missed that, especially since it makes sense (a lion and tiger in the same litter?).

Great start to the show. Well done.

Did anyone notice the cameo by Lynx-O? I think thats what his name was . Well the blind Lynx character.

I liked it alot and thought it was great. I didn't like the absence of Panthro though I hope he's not daed.

I LOVED THAT SNARF DOESN'T TALK!!!!! AWESOME!! Snarf always got on my nerves 'snarf snarf' haha

The thing with Panthro is that I think he is being held captive by either Grune or Mum-Ra.In the original series Panthro was the gaget guy not to mention he built the Thundertank.I think Mum-ra was done very well even in his Mummified form he was very powerful. Can't want to see the sprits of eveil transforming him into the"ever Living".Aslo,Tygra being adopted, very well played.I can see Ben Gali showing up as Tygra long lost Bro.

I thought the cartoon was very well done. It's good to see some youth pumped into Tygra, the original was kinda boring and acted like a father a lot, telling Lion-O what to do and not do, so sybaling rivalry is far more interesting to me.

I can already tell Im going to like it more then I did 200X MOTU. The cats are more of flawed race, living on the fat well the rest of the planet barely gets by, and the towns people, throwing the rotting tomatoes at the captured lizard people? Just great! Very well done! It's also interesting how technology is treated as well, very good stuff. Can't wait to see more!

And ironically, if the Lizard men didn't have such a dim view of the Cats' society, it's doubtful they would have been so easily exploited by Mumm-Ra. The kingdom's own elitism and projected superiority appears to have directly led to their downfall. Of course, now the cats are the underdogs, so to speak. I like all this intrigue.

I agree that Ep. 1 was very well done.

I dont have cable either Superpowers, I had to go over to my brothers house and watch it. I doubt he will keep up with the show, so I will probably be in the same boat as you. I heard you can watch it on cartoonnetworks website, but you have to enter in cable info to prove you have it (weird?)

I read somewhere that the show is roughed out for 52 episodes, I hope it lasts that long, cartoon networks always cancels stuff I like (except AquaTeen Hunger Force... that will never die)
