Star Wars Movie Coming From Pixar?

The only thing I would love to see in CGI would be Shadows of the Empire. We could still see a young Luke and Leia with the actors voicing their characters

That would be awesome! But, like most expanded universe tales, it's been forgotten or ignored by those in control. I wonder if the new filmmakers ever took a look for themselves into the EU...it will be strange to see what they cannibalise in the new films with or without knowing the source

I really hope this ends up being true. I have really enjoyed all of their movies (Haven't seen Brave or Monsters University yet but am looking forward to seeing both of them someday) and if done right a Star Wars movie by them could potentially be one of my favorite movies ever. Maybe even rival the Original Trilogy.

Plus Pixar was originally part of Lucasfilm before becoming a separate company so that whole full circle thing...

This was something I have been wanting to see too. The video game was ok but it was in the point of view of Dash Rendar though.
