I agree with Mr. Mxyzptlk, they should have at least gone with a standing one so he doesn't look silly. They should have also given him some pack-ins to fill the bubble, like extra weapons or something for the other figures, anything to cover up all that empty space, lol.

DCD Superman/Batman Myx is better...more cartoony, but at least he can stand up. And he was packed with 2 hats and McGuiness Joker...for under $20.

Well sure . . . if you're into that sort of thing. But for slightly over $40, you can have this el-cheapo figurine originally created to be a pack-in for an $18 retail figure, but looks more like something from the toy department at Dollar Tree. Oh, and a piece of a build-a-figure rerun from one of the few DCUC waves that virtually NOBODY had trouble finding.

Sometimes Mattel's generosity just warms my heart. :P

BTW: is it twisted that this review somehow milked 31 photos out of a figure with only 3 POA?

I watched Pixel Dan's review of the superman figure. The thing I don't like is they didn't pack the figure in a clamshell packaging like the 12 inch GG Star Wars figures, really dumb move. You have to rip the figure off the card. Man, sucks for MISB collectors. I am not a big DC guy but still, Mattel should have thought this out better.

I'm a big Super Powers guy, but all of these last few figures have one huge major strike against them and that's the thirty-plus bucks that they're going to cost.

With this in mind, I look at this Wonder Woman and I look at the one I already have and I say, "Nah. I'm good."

I get the joke and what they're going for with this one. Maybe if this was on a peg for 9.99... or even 14.99...I might get it for the pure lark of it. For thirty plus... no way.

Every time I look at this one I just think of Superman in Mighty Mouse's costume. That being said, I might be tempted by this one if it were on a peg for 14.99. For thirty plus...? No way.

My God...

I was going to ask how Mattel could sleep at night offering this thing, but I imagine its going to be on a giant stack of cash and giggling like a school girl.

When all is said and done, Mattel is asking you to plunk down forty dollars for this abomination! I would hope that anyone that could be suckered into doing so would have a family who cared enough to have them declared legally incompetent and a their finances monitored by some other authority.

I guess if we didn't get the Legion set when we did, we might be seeing Proty with a similar price tag!
