Hasbro's Black Series 6" Figure Line

Han solo looking pretty good. And Greedo and Leia for that matter.

This is what I was expecting from a (pricey) 6" line. I like the fact that he comes with different belts and a mask. This eliminates the need for redos like "Death Star escape" Han which would have been essentially the same figure with a different belt. You could get away with that in a smaller scale, lower priced line, and they did. But no one wants to rebuy Han at $20 just because he has a Stormtrooper belt.

Too bad I have to save for a wedding.

uh oh.. I didn't see close up pics before.. but it looks like we got our first crappy figure for the line... Slave Leai.

her awesome sculpt is completely ruined by the hideous cloth skirt thing. I don't understand why they didn't go with the soft plastic stuff that capes are made of. She looks stupid

no, they have the ability to make plastic capes and stuff that is nearly as flexible as real cloth.. especially in this scale

I must have missed that. I have a lot of 6" guys with capes and none of them can sit.

Soft goods is where it's, at baby!

Hate soft goods. Looks always weird in a few years. Cant really clean it either. Hope that wont be a trend for every figure. Obi wan doesnt looks that good though. The arms look weird and whats with his face sculpt? I need better pics.

I don't think it's the face sculpt...I think it's the way it's painted. It looks like a very early prototype. I'm sure the final figure will look great.

meh, if you like cloth, that's fine. personally I hate it on any scale smaller than 12 inchers.

they should have done her skirt thingy the same as the Baron Zemo figure that is coming out for Marvel Legends next year. MUCH better looking

agree about Obi.. this is the first figure that kind of lets me down with the sculpt. But I am not sure what they could have done differently. it's just a boring look

Ah.... nice. Thanks for the link.

I have a thing for Bespin Luke. Just always liked that look.

Only really interested in droids, bounty hunters and troopers from this line, but I will need that Luke.

Greedo is surprisingly one of the best-looking figures in the line, and having a little gang of crazy SW aliens might be cool.

GAH! I don't wanna want them all, but man, they are looking pretty swank.

I kind of thought all the series two figures looked kind of funny skin tone seemed sort of off to me on all of them though I blame that on the following reasons (or at least I hope so...) camera pictures , prototypes ... Also ... Has hasbro said anything about if we are going to get a Sir Alec Guinness obi?.. Cause I would love that & am not buying a single obi until we do!

No 'Sir Alec' Obi-Wan yet, just a Ewan E3 version, but, we're only, what, 2-3 waves in? ;)

Still plenty of main characters/costume variations to go around

Wave 1:

Darth Maul

Luke X-Wing Pilot

R2-D2

Sandtrooper

Wave 2:

Boba Fett

Greedo

Han Solo (ANH)

Slave Leia

Wave 3+:

Bespin Luke

Obi-Wan (ROTS)

Stormtrooper

Biker Scout

Speederbike
