you also have to remember that a figure takes about a year to go from concept to production. I think the DTC products were meant for the Rise of the Robots line that never happened. That is why we got a good year of DTC products and that is it.

i agree. i'd love to have had the accessories for NE snake eyes w/o buying another snake eyes. i think there would be alot of people who'd like these. i'm pretty sure hasbro isn't interested though

that head is awesome. very freaking nice.
  6. i think it is a communicator/radio of some sort. it really favors what is on Sgt. Hackers thigh
  7. here is a few pics of both the eel and tunnel rat
  8. all of the 3-3/4" Sigma 6 style stuff was slated for Rise of the Robots or Robot Rebellion which was to follow Venom vs Valor
  9. I totally agree. When comparing the figure to the comic, hasbro did a nice job with what they had. I was more saddened by the fur molded to the head, as were others I know, simply for customizing reasons. I have a few friends with kwinn custom's pieced together until they realized the fur was on the head.
  10. Well I feel that the Joes aren't subject to normal military guidelines. They don't have regulation uniforms, so facial hair isn't regulated either. If you look in one of the early DD run comics, Rock N Roll is clean shavin' until he gets the call to join back up. He then says that he can finally grow back his beard. That probably doesn't answer your question.
  11. Its from the GI Joe Sgt. Savage line. It came with Dynamite and Cryo Freeze Sgt. Savage. I usually run hot water in the sink on them until they soften enough to pop apart. In order to get them back together, you must use boiling water. Just boil water, hold the piece in the water for a few seconds, them push in into the hole. Works very well and doesn't damage the parts. Thanks for all you replies.
  12. Here it goes. I took it upon myself to modify the Comic Pack Kwinn head for a non-arctic Kwinn. The head is a bit small, but I am very pleased with the outcome. Here he is: Kwinn: Mercenary Let me know what you guys think.
  13. Chad and I have been planning sub-zero and scorpion for a while. Since he posted his yesterday it prompted me to finish mine as well. Here is everyone's favorite ninja spectre Scorpion: Ninja Spectre Let me know what you guys think
  14. Well, I know its started warming up, but I didn't get these guys finished in time to get some cool snow shots. Blizzard was always one of my favorites, and I tried to keep as many of his orginal traits as possibles. I gave Blizzard the knife because he used one in the original nes game. I always thought that a snow trooper needed more equipment so I fused the white out backpack and big ben backpack together. Blizzard: Arctic Assault Trooper Since Chad just finished Snow Serpent Ghost, I figured I would answer him with an arctic figure of my own. Mayor: Arctic Trooper Let me know what you guys think
  15. I have had this idea since november, but someone beat me to it (at least the arms and torso). Anyway, after looking at the first test shots of Razorclaw I knew it would make a great and easy Devils Due version. My favorite (and hardest to make) part is his accessories. The original accessories make Storm Shadow to me so I did what I could to recreate them. Anyway, here he is. Storm Shadow: Cobra Ninja Let me know what you guys think
