  1. Awesome man! I downloaded it.....sounds really good and the beats are NICE!! Loving the Biggie samples too.....plus the Joe lyrics are funny and flow together really well. "Rank and File" is unreal.....that "Joe beat" sample is serious..... Thanks Robbie, appreciate you taking the time to check it and glad you dig it. Enjoy!
  2. Just wanted to let you guys know the full album is available now. Enjoy: http://propsdept.bandcamp.com/
  3. And here's the youtube link for RAP VIPER. He once got busy in the back of a buzz boar: And free album download here: http://propsdept.bandcamp.com enjoy
  4. Thanks Sam! Here's a link to some more tunes:
  5. Those are definitely some of my favourite figures from this era. The sculpting on Venomous Maximus (despite his utter silliness) is actually really good for that line and Scalpel was the only "new" Cobra I thought fit well into the ranks. The Snake Eyes figure that came with Swamp Rat was kinda cool too except his hands were molded terribly and he couldn't really hold his weapons well.
  6. I'm getting the impression Hasbro is banking alot on Kre-O. Seems like they're dedicating a lot of resources to the upcoming waves of GI JOE & TF Kreo, which to be honest I'm actually really digging. The Joe mini-figs/kreons are pretty fun.
  7. These are fun, nice work sir. I never knew there was Decepticon based on the Snowcat. I would have killed for Transforming GI JOE vehicles when I was a kid. I wonder if Kirk Bozigian knows about it - recently heard him on the WOJM podcast talking about how they were always pitching a GIJOE/TF crossover line in the 80s at Hasbro). Keep em coming!
  8. Hey guys, some of you know that other than being a huge Joe fan, I make rap records. My latest project is called "Welcome to Cobra Island" and features samples from the cartoons combined with the mythos of the filecards and comics. The first single is called "A Letter from Snake Eyes" (parts 1 & 2) and includes the track "Rap-Viper" which is about a rapper who grew up on Cobra Island. I'm sure you'll recognize some of the source material... Anyway, you can download the Triple-Single for free right now and I'll be releasing the full length album in May. I hope you'll enjoy as much as I enjoyed making it. Yo Joe! WORDBURGLAR - WELCOME TO COBRA ISLAND FREE DOWNLOAD FROM BANDCAMP: http://propsdept.bandcamp.com/
  9. That NF Steeler is way better than I expected, very cool. Was disappointed in Iceberg as well this year, really pales in comparison to the last couple years' figs (Footloose, Dial-Tone and o-ring Big Lob).
  10. Thanks for checking it out guys and for the kind words. Dr. Venom is indeed done in 25th style. I would have personally preferred ARAH O-ring style, but oh well, he's still a nice figure despite the re-using of the Dr. Rex lab coat. I'm planning to open him up soon and will give a full review when I do. Yo Joe!
  11. First ever vlog collector haul - just got my Dr. Venom & Adventure Team Commander figs in the mail & here's what they look like: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sgd5wfOvTPI
  12. A good resource for ARAH (and 25th) figs is always welcome. I have thousands of figures but am always looking for the odd upgrade, accessory, etc and I'm sure if your site is put together well you'll do well with the collector community. Good luck!
  13. For sure, thanks for all your help ARROW, it's appreciated, cheers! I'm familiar with the practices of the toy companies and am well aware that you can't count on anything.
