  1. I agree it is silly we have two 2x based figures when they are suppose to be so very anti 2x line ... They give us this but can't give us some 2x swords for keldor ?! Come on! I too also don't mind opptic since he was an original figure back in the day... Just as long as they don't do too many like that at once :S If I am not mistaken, we now have King Grayskull, Zodak©, Moss Man (at least the head sculpt) and Keldor that are inspired by the 200x line. We will be getting Marzo and Carnivus real soon and Whiplash will come with an 200x inspired extra head. Not to mention that a lot of the MYP era is used for the "official" bios of the characters in this line. It's hard to deny that such a short-lived line as 200x has had quite an impact on this so-called "classic" line. Personally I like it. I prefer the 2000 version over the original version. Nostalgia be damned!.
  2. My top 5 would be: - The Big Lebowski - Murder By Death - Airplane - The Pink Panther Series (notably A Shot In The Dark and Revenge Of The Pink Panther) - Monty Python And The Holy Grail
  3. Does anyone know the airdate of the Mayhem Of The Music Meister episode of the Brave And The Bold cartoon?
  4. 1 -Martian Manhunter 2 -Doomsday 3 -Obsidian 4 -Anti-Monitor 5 -Fire 6 -Ice 7 -Huntress 8 -Circe 9 -Jonah Hex 10-Ultra Humanite 11-Wonder Girl 12-Raven 13-Black and grey Batman with a longer cloak 14-Turtle Man
  5. Another blast from the past! Tim Curry was great as Pennywise, I love the "killer clown" concept. I want to recommend Peter Jackson's Braindead and An American Werewolf In London. Both are more of a nod and a wink to the horror genre, but at times pretty scary.
  6. Yes, me too. I must have been 5 years old when I saw Salem's Lot and that scene with the "little vampire" scratching at the window is one of those movie moments I will never forget. Have to watch it again one of these days.
  7. My favourite horror movies are mostly movies that don't rely that much on gory scenes or torn off limbs and all that stuff. I am a big fan of the haunted house genre. Some of my favourites are: The Haunting (1963), The Innocents (1961), The Changeling (1980), The Exorcist (1973), Poltergeist (1982), The Others (2001), Legend Of Hell House (1973), The Fog (1980), Haunted (1996), Dagon (2001), Darkness (2002), Deathwatch (2002) and The Devil's Backbone.
  8. I've never seen the Superfriends cartoons. Looks like I have some catching up to do.
  9. I have to admit that I initially had my doubts about the new Masters figures, mostly because I liked the revisions of the characters in the 2000x line. But after seeing that new Hordak I am sold.
  10. I can't wait to see some pics!
  11. That will probably the only ones you will see of the Ares wave!
