For Cobra I would say Cobra Commander (Hooded), Destro, Baroness, Storm Shadow and Zartan (swamp).
I wish we knew what kind of deco they will have. Some might look really bad and some could be really good depending on how they are painted.
This is like ordering at a new restaurant that does not have a menu.

I wish that Hasbro would get it right and try to release more DIFFERENT characters (Zap, Short-fuze, Cover Girl, Airtght, Lifeline... you get the idea). Instead they keep rehashing the same characters, likely using the same molds with slightly different paint.
In less than a years time we are getting around 65-70 of the old figures made not counting repaints along with guys like Wraith and other DD charcters. Hasbro could just put out those 65-70 guys and not repaints but I doubt they would make up for it by making brand new sculpts and non repaints.
I look at the repaints as extra bonus items. You can get them if you want to enhance your collection or pass on them because they were not part of the old RAH line.
I think there have been plenty of new figures made. When have we ever gotten this many figures in such a short amount of time? There is no need to be greedy. It's not like there is a really short time frame to get everything done and they are missing it because of repaints.
I want all of those other guys too but I'm sure they will be made eventually. Some of you act like Hasbro should have 300 individually unique figures out right now. What is the rush? They can't make 25 years worth of figures in one years time.

I think the collector menatilty in general is to be perpetually disapointed.

I'm guessing repainted with some sort of gold or other colored package and in those clamshell bubbles we saw Doc in.
EDIT: merged the two threads, I swear I looked...

Seriously, I'm not wasting any votes on single characters, unless by then we haven't seen a V1 style Zartan or Serpentor, but I believe those are coming. We need pics...

That is quite a possibility! Good thinking on your part - maybe it was too much for them to call him the COBRA Anit-Armor Specialist , or maybe it's an attempt to still give us something of a surprise when it's revealed. Either way, I hope you're right - Firefly needs his pal!

I don't believe it would be the H.E.A.T. viper, besides the "H.E.A.T." stands for High Explosive Anti-Tank Vipers.
It's probably a Cobra trooper with new accesories, just like the Cobra Airtrooper.
The Specialist Tracker , was an obious "choice", 'cause he is a.k.a. Action Man.
by the way, no NIGHT CREEPERS or ALLEY VIPERS, or maybe SCI-FI or LOWLIGHT?.......mmmm...jeeez.

I refuse to vote based solely on the ridiculousness of it.

Depends on how you look at it. First off, the poll said NOTHING of picking your all time favorites, just pick your favorite 25th figures. And second, I think we all should know by now that Hasbro will likely never confirm where certain characters stand in the polling, and what fans want and what works in retail are two vastly different things.
I'm firmly convinced that Hasbro basically has the assortment sketched out and are simply working in secondary figures based on the voting. But at the end of the day, "Hall of Heroes" will likely be nothing more than a collection of Hasbro's minor improvements and fan wanted changes all wrapped up in new packaging to ride the wave of movie hype. So I'm betting the following are all but assured spots, and keep in mind Hasbro still hasn't made any real confirmation on what Hall of Heroes might be, so we may well get more than 10 figures, but anyway, we'll all but certainly get...
Duke and/or Flint with corrected arms and crotch.
Snake Eyes v2 in all black (if we're lucky, new legs or a backpack for his sword)
Destro v1 with a chrome head
Cobra Trooper with red sigil
"original style" Cobra officer
But the important thing is....will fans buy Snake Eyes v2 again in all black? Probably. Will they buy Duke or Flint with superior arms? Probably. Will they buy Cobra Troopers with red sigil? In great numbers.
