  1. I remeber EA and AKI was going to make a WCW game back for the PS2. When WWE brought WCW the game was can. EA did have EA Chicago when they Fight Night 1,2,3 and Def Jam Icon and they were going to make a Marvel fighting game. EA Chicago was disbanded last year. EA have the right to G.I. Joe, Mass Effect, and other games beside Madden.
  2. The game is due out in early 2008 and it will only be on the PS3 click here for the a new trailer of the game. I got the say if look like a really good game, pluse the fight between Vamp and Raiden was pretty cool.
  3. It's really pretty simple. Neither one of those games will be worth me shelling out $600 for a blueray player that also plays games. Lair, to me, is going to be hit or miss. Not everyone is into dragons. You're not going to get a bunch of casual gamers on that one. Same can be said with Warhawk. While both games may appeal to a good number of gamers out there, they wouldn't cause a member of the general public to go out there and spend $600 for a system, $60 for the game, and possibly $50 for another controller. Now if Sony had been able to secure something like GTA, a game that has already developed a huge fan base and is known pretty much around the world, then I could see someone plopping down that kind of cash specificly for the chance to play that game. System selling games are usually first party exclusive games that have become well known over the course of gaming history. Mario does it for Nintendo (along with Metroid, Zelda, and Smash Bros), Halo does it for Microsoft, but Sony has never really found a go to system seller. They might have something in God of War, but I'm sure that's at least a year or so away on the PS3. Gran Tourismo has gotten lamer with every sequel. GT4 was one of the worst. It was basically GT3.5. And unless their next entry is leaps and bounds better, it won't sell many PS3s either. Rachet & Clank are cute, and the gaming is brilliant, but they don't have the drawing power to sell systems either. Now, if MGS4 turns out to be a Sony exclusive (although there are several internet rumors to the opposite), then that might start selling systems. BUT, that is so far off, Sony might actually be far out of the race by then, and other companies might rethink their Sony exclusives (it's already happening), and start releasing the same titles on the 360 at the same time. It's really only good business for 3rd party companies to sell exclusively through a system if that system is doing well in sales. If, hypothetically, Sony was in 3rd place close to the time that MGS4 was preparing to release, Konami would have made a huge marketing mistake. But, if they saw a trend developing early enough to work their way out of any exclusiveness they may have granted Sony, then that would be another potential system seller gone. Games that sell systems are few and far between. Games that sell $600 systems are nearly non-existant. I've yet to see one. And don't see any for '07. And that can be said for the 360 also. But their overall gaming experience, and XBL were the selling points for me. Why buy a game on the PS3 when you can buy the same thing on 360, and have the fun of working toward achievements and superior online support (try asking a NFS Carbon player on PS3 what I'm talking about). But, this isn't about which system is better, it's about system selling games. And right now, to me, only the Wii has 'em. And that's only because $250 is much easier for me to swallow than $400-$600. Are you say that Warkhawk isn't a system seller to the PS3. The new Warhawk will have 40 players online and download stuff to the Playstation Store. You sound like an Xbox fanboy and alway will be.
  4. I got only three of these at Walmart to bulid an army up.
  5. Hey we got other good games that are coming out before MGS4. Devil May Cry 4 Ninja Gaiden Sigma Lair Warhawk Saints Row Madden 08 Spider-Man Collector Edition and don't forget the biggest one yet, GTA VI. None of which are a good reason to spend $600 on a PS3 considering all of those are going to be on 360 except Lair or Warhawk, neither of which are system sellers. But nice try. You are should a Xbox fanboy. How dare you say Lair or Warhawk are not system seller. Many people are going to played Warhawk to death because of the online, and Lair was made by the team who did Star Wars Rogue Sqadron games. Factor 5 is now with Sony so I hop they team with Lucasarts to make a Rogue Sqadron game for the PS3.
  6. Hey we got other good games that are coming out before MGS4. Devil May Cry 4 Ninja Gaiden Sigma Lair Warhawk Saints Row Madden 08 Spider-Man Collector Edition and don't forget the biggest one yet, GTA VI.
  7. Here Well look like the Star Wars games that is coming out for the PS3 and Xbox 360 is been delyed until 2008. Damm that mean the figures won't be out until next year, I was looking foward to that game btw. Oh well there is other PS3 and Xbox 360 out there in the fall.
  8. My first G.I Joe were Snake Eye, Duke, and Cobra Trooper.
  9. The Ravens have decided to cut running back Jamal Lewis, the team announced today. The release comes after the two sides tried to restructure Lewis' contract. Lewis was scheduled to receive a $5 million roster bonus March 3. Lewis is the franchise's all-time leading rusher with 7,801 yards. He was the No. 1 draft pick (fifth overall) in 2000. Lewis was the 2003 NFL Offensive Player of the Year, when he rushed for 2,066 yards, the second most in NFL history. He rushed for 1,132 yards in 2006. Ravens GM and executive vice president Ozzie Newsome said: "We are involved in negotiations with Jamal Lewis, and there has been good dialogue. Jamal has been a significant contributor to us in the last seven seasons. It's our hope to have him back with the Ravens."
  10. This line is far from dead. They coming out with more sigma style figures then ever. Sigma Six killed the 3/4 inch line but it making a comeback think to the RAH line this year. Sigma Six still suck and I don't care.
  11. I told you that Sigma Six would failed. With no cartoon the line is dead. It time for the 3/4 inch figures to comeback now.
  12. As a hugh Star Wars collector and and gamer, I can't wait for the figures and the game to comeout.
  13. Hey I'm from B-More and around here, nobody isn't going to root for the Colts so like me, I'm rooting for the Bears.
  14. Man these figures look cool, much better then Sigma Six figure and they are 3/4 inch version of the Marvel Legend figures. I'm going to get all of these figures then they comeout.
