Whoa...you guys sure are lucky dudes! My last gf TOTALLY HATED my collecting! Once she event told me to "Grow up"! A weird thing to say to a man as large as myself! (I'm 6' and weigh about 300lbs - and yes cheeseburgers and lonliness ARE as dangerous mix) Anyways...any of your gf/wives have sisters that are single, willing to move to Canada...and...uh...also Like cheeseburgers?!?!?!

Yeah, I got itchy fingers too...I can't stand leaving a figure in the package.....drives me NUTS! Though what's weird is I still look for the best card! And embarassing as this is I found myself looking for the best card while shopping for a toothbrush

I gotta go with Storm Shadow.... As a kid when I first got the Storm Shadow figure, he was the COOLEST toy ever...and I would read my brother's GI Joe comics...and that would just PROVE how cool he was....then I watched the cartoon. When He first spoke, I couldn't belive my ears...from this incredibly cool character comes the voice of an annoying asian...being asian myself I would love to say how this is offensive ans stuff...but me and my friends all agree...its not offensive...its just really annoying. But is funny to watch it now since he sounds like Kahn from Hing of the Hill.

Everyone calls me Biggie. I'm 26, I live in Canada. I write commerials and promos in the Creative Department of a Hip Hop station and a Rock station! My claim to fame is about a month ago...Ludacris asked me if I was high becuz my eyes were red. I said "No, its allergies" He laughed at me and I went home and cried.(Kidding! I cried in the car on my way home) !'ve been into joes since I was 10....but I also collect a bunch of other stuff. My desk at work looks like its been decorated by a 10 year old. and I spend most of my time at home in a room surrounded by thousands of action figures. I started collecting cuz i heard that chicks dig action figures. I have yet to see evidence of this...but any day now.........

No figs on my desk at home....but people at work think an 11 year old sits in my office! But its cool because when we have our Creative Brain Storms...we each bring something to the board room to play with...gets the crative juices and the left side of our brain going! Some people bring play doe, some lego...me...well lets just say my wave 3 Snake-Eyes has no more tight joints! ;-) Before you guys lose it on me....I have a mint Wave 3 SE at home safely on the shelf...I bought an extra one just for work!

Oh geez.....thank goodness there are other old farts on this thing!!! My first was also mego! Though I'm not sure which one...Batman, Superman, Hulk, ..not too sure...guess the memory is slipping now that I'm *cough* in my Late 20's (yeah I'm an old fart)

I recall as a kid, we would toss all our figs in a pile and then each pick one by one to make our teams....each team had Joes and Cobras (and a few Star Wars dudes) and each time we would all pick a new leader for each team...so this way we would make up names and back stories...but when I played by myself I pretty much stuck with the file card stories. Then Hasbro came out with dudes like Sgt. Slaughter, Road Pig, Croc Master, Big Boa and Raptor...as a kid...I had no choice but to start wrestling with them! I think I even went as far as making championship belts for them! Then in High School I saw the Street Fighter adn Mortal Kombat figures and all I could think was "MAN, they would have made some pretty sweet ass wresters! As an adult collector, its file cards all the way, as they pretty much come right outta the package and on to the shelf.

Dumb accesories aside(they're probably removable anyways)...I'm digging the new articulation!
