Oh God. So after all these years of considering my collection complete, it turns out the only Boba Fett I own is the ROTJ version? He has the red gauntlets, but isn't that belt closer to the ESB version??? And what about his jumpsuit color? I don't know if that particular tint is accurate to EITHER version. Oh worry! Is this some bizzare amalgamation? Here I was feeling special all these years because I have the "ultra rare" half circle gloves variant. Turns out I'm the tool.

I'd say $60 on the secondary market would be optimistic. The only real attention I pay to SDCC exclusives are the GI Joes, and at 3 3/4" a lot of those have been priced at $60. A 6" Fett, from a new line that everyone's excited for? Scalpers are gonna take advantage of that.

That's $10 per inch! how ridickulous!

lol, seriously though...my bet is that they will provide the exclusive with a "projectile rocket", like the proto for the mail-away back in the 80's that was never produced. maybe even a removable helmet. THAT would make for one of the best exclusives of all time!

thor had a different paint job too......if they do a boba they have 4 different versions they can do (holiday, concept, esb, or return).

Yeah I am not worried even if I don't get the exclusive its not like they are not going to put someone like fett out again in his regular armor

So...if the rest debut in the fall, the first figure will be SDCC, meaning nobody will know whether the line is any good or not yet but they'll be scrambling to get/scalp one anyway?

Well, no use fooling myself, will probably pay whatever it takes. Can't not have carbonite Han. What if the line gets canceled before normal Han? @bomb@

I had heard a rumor that this was going to be a "set". If that and this rumor are both true than I think that it will be ESB Fett with a Han in carbonite.

@iwin@

that would be cool specially if they packed up the box to make it look like they were going into his ship @loll@

As someone who has dreamed about great, articulated Star Wars action figures in the 6-inch scale for years... you don't wanna know what I would pay for something like that.

But I'm not gonna.

Boba Fett will get released without Han in carbonite, right?

Well I have no use for Han in carbonite. Neat accessory? Sure. But will I pay an extra $25 for a neat accessory and nice package, both of which I will throw away? Nope.

I just want some sort of confirmation that this same Fett with the same weapons will be released as a regular figure.

A regular figure I will gladly wait for.

yeah I want it. I would happily pay 45 for it.... but I don't think I will get the chance to.

I expect these will be going for 120 on ebay.. and I can't pay that

after looking at it again.. it's a little disappointing that he doesn't come with alternate hands. I don't really like permanent gun-holding positioned hands.

This goes in the "would be nice" but not "must have" category. There's no doubt Boba will be sold as a single at retail, he's too popular. I'm still looking forward to the Black Series but the carbonite block will probably be something I only own in 3 3/4".

Hasbro is the worst to deal with at the sdcc. They are always disorganized and their staff that deal with line are rude. On preview night the only way you'll even have a slight chance to get into the booth is that you some how managed to be standing 5feet away from the booth when they officially open the con. There is video on you tube showing a mob crowding it in seconds.

They should do what Mattel does plus they are known for having straight exclusives only stuff and then trying to get them on their web site after is a joke, last year I had to camp out on the web for a week to get my daughters the derfy hoves my little pony and they a 1 per person limit and canceled my other daughters pony. Its a mess and it gets more packed every year if the fact the ace preparking web site crashed in a couple of hours and had to reschedule the parking sales , its gonna be a war zone this year.
