There can be no combined shipping with your subscription figures. Toyguru said because the orders are separate (subscription is its own thing), it's impossible to combine them.

So, yeah, months like December will be more expensive. At least Skeletor and Green Goddess can be combined so you're not paying shipping three times.

think I've read something about merman being put out the same time as battle cat & trap jaw ... Could be mistake about that though.... Man I wish they would have just given battle cat his own month... & then skip the bonus figure ... thats going to be expensive month!

WOULD LOVE TO SEE A ORKO & CRENGER BONUS FIG SET OR SEP.

ANYONE HEARD ABOUT "PANTHOR " BEING RELEASED THIS YEAR??

Not yet, but Matty/ToyGuru hinted that there will be some pretty big reveals at NY Toy Fair in February.

That, plus there's no way that they'd go through the trouble of tooling and casting a new Battle Cat without intending from the start to reuse the mold for Panthor. It doesn't make sense in any which way.

I'd expect Panther next year 2011... if anything... If they do orko or cringer at all I'd just assume they would do some kind of boxed set or throw them in perhaps with a prince adam figure maybe upping his cost a bit ?.. That would make the most sense to me really. I'd also assume they will re-release battle cat again before they do panter... Maybe we will get a flocked battle cat next time around @loll@ Duno about you guys but I always wanted a flocked BC to match panther ...

You might be the only one...

To me, the flocking on Panthor made it look like he had shorter fur, which helped visually to sort of ignore that he was just a "repaint" of Battlecat. The sculpting on Battlecat makes it look like he has longer, wavier fur (think of a Golden Retriever compared to a short-haired lab). I like that they're different.

I'll probably end up buying both versions of Panthor but I suspect I will prefer the flocked version, for the same reasons that I liked it on the old '80s figure. I really doubt that I'd get a flocked Battlecat though.

FYI, the February sale has been moved to the 16th due to the holiday (even though Matty has been trying to reassure us that it was going to be the 15th). Also, I notice that Stratos has been added to MattyCollector to be sold alongside Moss Man in March.

Moss Man

Stratos

I hope we get to see a Keldor (with a cape) at NY Toy Fair. Where'd you hear that bit of news, TM?

edit: Oh, I see you were just quoting the original post. I didn't remember seeing Faceless One mentioned before.

Faceless One was "announced" by Toy Guru a while back in a Q&A. He said as of now, he's the planned figure for May 2014 or something like that (don't remember the date, but the point is it was way down the line). I didn't take that seriously, but it seems maybe he was serious after all.

I saw this on TNI's front page about the April sales date for MOTU:

Mattel issued this statement on their website today in regards to the pending April 15th sale on MattyCollector.com:

We’ve been working behind the scenes to eliminate some of the issues that have plagued our past sales and have determined it’s best to move our April sale to Monday, April 19th to ensure key fixes are fully implemented before the big sale. We know this can be a hassle and truly do apologize, but we want to do everything we can to improve your buying experience.

Our product list is looking pretty solid. Of course, it’s always subject to change, but at press time here’s what’s on the roster:

* Wun-Dar™ & Map of Eternia (Club Eternia subscribers only – items not available for sale)

* Evil-Lyn (Club Eternia monthly figure)

* Hordak (re-issue)

* Ultimate Battle Ground Weapons Pak

* Ghostbusters 12” Peter Venkman

* The Dark Knight Batman (Night Vision)

Hordak is coming back I am so there.I am off on monday's so it should be any trouble for me.
