  1. It's actually pretty funny - if you go to the MSNBC site you can see the commercial he made....
  2. They should have had the HBK / Flair match as the main event
  3. Best buy has all WWE dvds 25% off this week!
  4. It's cool that they're releasing a book about Andre - although I've never heard of an autobiography of someone 15 years after they died.
  5. I'd like to see Sting come to WWE for a short program with Flair (if they can sustain the current angle for a year) and to be a part of the DVD release.
  6. Looks like I'll be sitting on my wallet until July --- Hope the Starcade is at least 3 discs. I'll probably pick up the Sting one if it's not a hatchet job - Not a fan of DVD compilations of active wrestlers though.... they already did one Hardy DVD, 2 Mysterio 2 for Shawn Michaels, etc... from now on I'm only gonna buy the "best of's" from the retired performers.
  7. I assumed it was because he was supposed to be a preppy mama's boy heel, and back in the 80's the stereotypical preppy was a tennis player. On the Original Topic - I agree this is a great disc... It really made me want to go back and watch the Superstar Billy Graham disc again.
  8. Well, it's Fox Sports after all, and they consider Poker a sport on that network, and they used to air TNA (didn't they?) I am also surprised OJ isn't on the list as well
  9. While you're correct: I think they are only counting singles matches - and he is undefeated there.
  10. I'm guessing the Judge may be deciding that, actually
  11. I was Pro WCW right up until Hogan joined DX... that ruined it for me.... Nitro used to be great, but as soon as Hogan joined DX it seems that the show would go for maybe a half hour before an actual match was on.
  12. Maybe I'm just jaded and sardonic, but I think this is more likely Is Bollea divorce a ruse? The pending divorce between Terry and Linda Bollea could serve as a strategic move in a civil suit over the wreck that critically injured a young man riding with their son. That's the opinion of Kimberley Kohn, a Tampa attorney who represents Ed Graziano, the father of injured passenger John Graziano. Mrs. Bollea, 48, filed a petition for a divorce last week against her husband of nearly 24 years, Terry Bollea, 54, who wrestled professionally as Hulk Hogan. The divorce petition seeks a split of the couple's assets, including a Belleair mansion and Clearwater Beach home with combined assessed values topping $7.9-million. Kohn said Monday a divorce could be one step the Bolleas could take to try to protect assets. That's because it could cut Terry Bollea's assets in half, she said.
  13. Yeah, after all, they are such savvy businessmen the don't even have the rights to produce toys of their own characters, after all!
  14. ummmmmmmmmmmmm @loll@ Marvel Toys really wants the WWE license! The only reason why they got TNA is because Vince's clan stayed loyal to Jakks Pacific. But when some of the biggest draws in your company start asking; "Why can't our figures look more like TNA's" Then stuff starts getting done! Can you tell I HATE those Jakks figures? Considering how unique each and every wrestler is... they use the same four body styles, pathetic!!! I thought it was funny the OP said that the line "could be in serious jeopardy of continuing" I thought that was funny, because it conveyed the apparent opposite meaning than they meant!
  15. So much for the VH1 Crapfest going into syndication! I love the way they keep bringing up that Nick's passenger wasn't wearing a seat belt while glossing over the fact(s) that Nick was racing, going 50% over the speed limit and (probably) drunk when he hit a TREE!
