  1. Those customs are amazing. You guys picked the right combinations for figures. Gotta a questions. Would you guys consider doing Wrestlers from Marvel legend bases. If so I have some request...
  2. MaceWinduPreview you pretty much said it all. I've witnessed the majority of those feuds. And yes, Flair is THE man. It's a shame that a lot of people who watch wrestling now don't have a clue of how much of legend Flair is. Footage of his matches doesn't do him any justice. The build up to his matches and appearances before those big time matches are what made those matches special. He made you want to see him lose...or win. Eventhough it was a gip when Flair lost, Hogan vs Flair in WCW was the apex of a 15 year fued that wasn't handled well at all there. For Christ stake he's Ric Flair.
  3. I had to make my posting return after reading this one. Out of all the wrestlers i could've ran into while being at Target. Sgt. I met Buddy Lee Parker buggy in hand. This was a couple months before the buy-out. Being the smart fan that i am, we began one of the funniest conversations ever. Anyway, Parker a cool guy, but PEZ WHATLEY is my favorite jobber. Runner ups are any jobber that was already in the ring before the comercials were done and looked like they got lost on the way to the grocery store and ended up in nonmatching tights and mullets.
  4. wish i could've seen this. It does suck that a lot of things have change since the 80's, 90's, and early 2000. The majority of fans only remeber the attitude era and barely anything before that. The days when it didn't matter what the federation was, people watched because it was wrestling are gone for the most part. And the fans that do remember have moved on. TNA had it for a second but Jarrett mucked it up for me. (on a side note, i ran into elix skipper at my job yesterday. cool dude.) So Heyman and the guys that really want this to work will really need a stroke of luck to recapture what they had and the guys responsible aren't as young/durable as they used to be. i'll keep my fingers crossed though.
  5. I'm feel the same way a lot of you guys do. But the biggest thing for me is atmosphere and freedom, and it wasn't there last night. We all know the potential ECW has eventhough it won't be a carbon copy of what it used to be. It stinks that they have to play by Vince's rules and limits, but things could be better in the future. Sometimes I really feel that i missed the fans more than the promotion after seeing the first ONE Night Stand and the "wrestling for adults" ECW always had. Take your favorite rated R movie and put it FOX sunday night and you get ECW now. But i know this is truly not what they want though. I want to know the difference financially it would make to have ECW do smaller venues on seperate dates. I know i cuts down on interpromotional activity but that can also work. I'd rather have WWE wrestlers on ECW every now and then instead of every week. Believe me I know we can't have the past back, but Vince's wallet can afford a good enough time machine if you get the picture.
  6. Wassup guys, I went to Target today and noticed that they had a sale on certain figures so I decided to check the wrestling figures. I saw the Hulkamania Hogan and thought i'd pick him up since i already have one that's still in the box. Then something caught my eye. His belt was different then the other one i bought. He had th WWF 1986 world title instead of the early 90's world title. Well there goes opening the second Hogan. Has anyone else seen this. I know i'm not the only one who thinks the belts are 65% of the reason if a figure is bought.
  7. I finally got mine the other day and i am so pleased with him. Eventhough the left leg isn't as stable as the right i'm still a happy camper. All i'm missing is Soundwave to stand beside my Megatron and i'm cool.
  8. nice costums. on another note, Thundercats in ML format would be the absolute truth if done right.
  9. Cena needs to turn heel as soon as yesterday. that's all that needs to be said
  10. nice collections to all of you guys. Crazy as it seems out of all of the pictures on this page, that Space Ghost stands out the most to me. Last week i was at a comic shop and one of the owners had one Bird Man and Avenger but they belonged to him and i was peeved.
  11. I wouldn't be surprised if they threw in Ray winning to distract us while they gave Cena the belt. I for one don't totally disagre with Ray winning, since they've said that he won't be wrestling for the belt at 'mania anyway. I feel bad for edge mostly because we've been wishing that he could atleast get the belt to see if he could be believable. Then he lost the sucker before January ended. In my opinion any of cena's matches have come close to the Edge v. Flair ladder match that was on Raw as far as entertainment. But who am I for not wanting my intelligence insulted. Preciate it Vince.
  12. The only classic figure i have is Flair...But if i see that Rick Rude on the pegs. Well you know the rest. Also. He would have the some of best variants, next to warrior and (fingers crossed) Sting. The tights, robes, and different hair lengths.
  13. i saw the title and i knew what time it was. Great costum
  14. i had no clue about these. cool though. i'm game
