  1. Easy pass for me. I'm a fan of both brands separately. Even putting them together in the same comic is fine. But crossing the characters into 1 design just kills my interest. IF they were to make that Green Ranger/Shredder, I might find some use for that. Maybe like, a past version of the evil green ranger or something. But the Turtle Rangers, No Thank You.
  2. @##@@ Greg Land dude. I used to like this guy's art, until I learned that he did this crap regularly. It's bad enough if you're doing this with your own material (which he's done... A LOT!) but to do this with someone else's work is super messed up. And this isn't even like his 2nd or 3rd time getting busted for this. He's done it repeatedly.
  3. Sweet. This has just just turned into about a $91 purchase instead of an $86 purchase in store. I understand that the walmart online sales have been quite a joke, and that something needs to be done about that. But I've been able to find the figures in store without much trouble at all. I've seen the Casey Jones & Raph set on 3 separate occasions, for a total of seeing 5 of those sets on the shelf. Again, I dig the idea of the Made to Order Pre-Order solution. But sell em at walmart in store still.
  4. Yeah, it's like mentioned in the update. This figure isn't much of a "Chase" figure at all. Just go to walmart & get one. They had more of this one figure than any other.
  5. Is there any way for this website to get rid of the dimming effect on the pictures that are loaded on the main article pages? On other websites the pics are all nice & bright. Here the pics are drowned out in darkness. Figure looks cool by the way. But I had to go to another website to be able to see it clearly.
  6. Hmm... F#*$ you Hasbro? What else can I say there. Rita looks awesome. Zedd was great. Got him long ago. Now everyone wants Rita. So in typical Hasbro fashion... Here's Rita for the very first time.... In a 2 pack where you've probably already got the 2nd figure. What ever it takes to double the money. What's even worse? Gamestop Exclusive where the prices are already higher than usual (and going up).
  7. Yeah, I had a really rough time getting the website to progress from page to page. Error'd out on a few occasions. Once I hit the 10min. mark, I was sure that I was done for. But somewhere around 15-20min. I got my order through. The figure lasted a few hours at least. It's Sold Out now. Can't complain too much there. I seriously figured this would have been gone in 5 minutes.
  8. IF the manufacturer's websites could handle the sales, I'd prefer it to be this way. But currently, NO. Imagine if the consumer could get anywhere closer to the wholesale price, when purchasing each figure. I'm all for cutting out 1 more step of an extra mark-up in cost. I'm all for cutting out competing with scalpers in stores, employee's poor knowledge of the product, or the employee's unwillingness to help a customer get something that is sitting just behind the doors on a pallet. What other option are we left with? Paying extra one way or another... buying online, ebay prices, etailer's marked up price, shipping charges for shopping online. What if buying directly allowed you to pay less than retail price? Potentially coming up with a far less expensive shipping arrangement & still breaking even with current retail store prices. For me the only problem with manufacturers selling directly, is that manufacturers so far have not been able to handle the amount of traffic on their website sales.
  9. Same here. Typically not into cloth with figures. Sometimes a cape or cloak is ok. But this one was a must have. Most of Mezco ONE:12 is a pass for me. But there are a handful of gems out there. This will be my 5th ONE:12 figure. So far I've been mostly happy with the ones I've gotten. My SDCC Moon Knight did split the stitching in the crotch though.
  10. I gave up on this project nearly 10 years ago. Somehow it still seems to be moving backwards. 1 step forward, 2 steps back. Next Announcement will be: "oh, main actor of the movie doesn't want to be a netflix star. He-Man movie is recasting." Following Announcement will be: "Director doesn't want to do movie without his main actor. He-Man movie is seeking new director." Then, "We got a new director, but he wants to write a new script. Movie delayed." After all of that, "Netflix loses interest in proceeding with He-Man movie. Sony starts over!"
  11. I took this statement in a completely different manner. I don't see any part of the statement that says certain things wouldn't even be considered (other than ESB limitations). But rather, whichever figure wins, would be newly tooled. to me, an example how I interpreted this would be: -Currently have a few versions of x-wing pilots. If the fan's choice winner were to be any form of an x-wing pilot, they would create new tooling for the winning figure rather than reuse existing x-wing pilot tooling. Not meaning: -Don't pick an x-wing pilot, because there is already tooling for that, so it wouldn't be considered at all. I don't know if that makes sense to anyone else. But that's how it came across to me. Would it change anything about our voting options, if Hasbro's intent was more in line with what I was thinking? I'd really like to have other voting options available instead of being limited to what we've currently got here.
  12. I'd like a "TaunTaun" to be added to the list. But 1 specific tauntaun in particular. I'd like the tauntaun that had it's guts spilled out, in order to keep Luke warm while Han set up the tent. But seriously, I would prefer to submit some of our own choices, rather than just being pigeonholed into the options above. I really hope that everyone voting here is smart enough to realize that something like a figure of Luke in Dagobah training gear is going to get made one day, no matter what. Make your choice be for something a little more obscure. Something that we otherwise may not ever see get made, without winning a Fan's Choice Vote. My nominations to be added to the list are: the aforementioned Tauntaun (with guts spilled out) Hobbie Klivian (former Imperial cadet who defected to the Rebellion) Zev Senesca (the pilot who found Luke & Han on Hoth)
  13. Ordered the Psylocke. This wave has been hit & miss with me so far. For me it's the shoulders mainly. Here's to hoping that she turns out awesome.
