  1. 1. What item(s) have you bought or tried to buy from Mattel/MattyCollector.com I have *tried* to purchase all the MOTU figures. 2. Are you in the United States or a International customer International, in Australia. 3. What overall grade do you give Mattel/Mattycollector.com in regards to your experience with them; A, B, C, D or F. Only a D, as for the numerous problems with trying to get the figures. Whether the site wouldn't load, or selling out within a hour, which, when I had to get up at 2am in the morning just to try and then still have no luck, really sucks the fun out of it. a. Product availability – Were you able to get the figure(s) you wanted? I couldnt get Grayskull, Fakor, Merman, Hordak, all of whom I would sorely have liked to have had. b. Customer Service – Did you get your figure(s) in a timely manner without any mishaps? If there were any problems, how helpful were the people at Mattel/Mattycollector.com in resolving those issues? Shipping times usually take a month using the normal priced ship option, otherwise its the super expensive version which i have heard is very fast, but only could justify on bulk shipping IMO. Mattycollector customer service? If there was an email address I could send queries too, that I could have used, that would actually mean I could SEEK customer service. International calling in the middle of the night just to speak to someone who probably wont be able to help me, not rated as helpful. c. Customer Satisfaction - Were you happy with your purchase (meaning once you got the figure(s), were you happy with it)? I love the figures themselves, overall they have had good QC, except some sloppy paint apps on a couple of figures. Thats why its so frustrating that they cant be had that easily. Right now im stressing out that i wont be able to get Man at Arms, and all time favourite. At least the subscription service will probably boost their score up, but until then... Even that needs refining. IE, letting purchase of reissue and so called 'exclusives'. I want to give them money for their cool toys. LET ME GIVE YOU MONEY FOR YOUR COOL TOYS. that is all.
  2. blasted pointless, 2 times missed out, living in australia its on sale at a ridiculous time in the morning, and even if i was up at 2 in morning I still would have missed out Way to go mattel. Get pre orders sorted already, scalpers will eventually kill ur business, the fans will give up collecting the line as a bad joke. FAIL
