  1. Yes, Hot Toys is very realistic about their release dates. When they say the month, that is when it comes out. I ordered from Toys2 whom is a official distributer of Hot Toys and will get them first. So BBTS could be anywhere from a week to a month behind Toys2 in getting the figures because they don't deal directly with Hot Toys. The Dark Knight Suit has a September release, with the Tumbler and Batpod expected in January of '09. But sometimes Hot Toys will ship their items sooner than expected . It is because their original Begins suit they made was not very good. Over the past 3 years HT skill has significantly increased (becoming the #1 in the 1/6 market) and they decided to re-make the Begins suit. They did a f*cking outstanding job this time, it really looks good. Plus the Begins suit is in the movie anyways, and there is also a possible spoiler as to why they are making it, which I won't say.
  2. ***Images courtesy of Wookster*** These have been on sale already!!!!! So get them while you can, both the original costume Batman and Joker are sold out almost everywhere. The rest (Dark knight suit, tumbler, batpod) are sure to sell out soon, cheapest place is Toys2. You can find out more about these items at www.hottoys.com.hk
  3. Here are much better images for you all: Dark Knight Suit Batman:
  4. I just wanted to share the love. Most people here seem unaware of the 1/6 market......well whether you are or aren't. A little over a month ago Hot Toys announced their Dark Knight Figures. Here are the first two set for release in July: More images: http://www.hottoys.com.hk/product.php?cat=66&pid=370 More images: http://www.hottoys.com.hk/product.php?cat=66&pid=369 Also Hot Toys plans to release the Batmobile and the Batpod: This will be a full line by HT, meaning more figures to come. They are expensive but that is how the 1/6 world is. Most places are sold out of the Joker, but BBTS still has him, yet they are the most expensive.
  5. At TRU here, once we get them in, they fly right off the shelves. So it is hard to keep them in stock as is, thus making them hard to find.
  6. Series 1 will be out in 3 years.....or just end up being canceled. They just announced that the re-runs of the SF preview and darkstalker figures where canceled because of the lack of pre-orders.
  7. The regular edition will be the same price, $120. And they won't announce the remainder of the line at SDCC. Sideshow will prob do anywhere from 5-8 figures a year. They might show one other figure at SDCC, but don't expect much.
  8. Damn, you are going to be a married man! Congratulations SKARAPZ!
  9. Don't forget if sideshow does Premium Formats, dioramas and busts it will be about $200+ Eventually you warm up to it and you learn to manage your toy spending money better! #US1#
