  1. So, is this Clayface wave 2? I picked up Night Shadow Batman at a TRU today (the 1st time I had seen this wave) and it has Clayface on the back.
  2. The figs I want are the Flash, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, and Green Lantern. I had all of these figures as a kid in the Super Powers line. Wish I would have kept them.
  3. Which Ross? Congrats on the find! Tech Ridge with Super Target, TRU, Best Buy and Sears all in the same parking lot. Wal-Mart is across the way from Target on I-35. Checked today, they were all still there, except for the ones I bought...
  4. I checked my local Ross in Austin, TX and found almost the whole wave. I picked up Steel and Supergirl for the $5 each price! There was still a Doomsday, Reg Supes, Black S Supes, and Parasite. Thanks Jase!
  5. I really want Batman and Red Tornado. Red reminds me of when I was young and bought the Red Tornado from the Super Powers line. Squeeze his arms together and he would perform the twisting motion of a tornado! What fun! @loll@
  6. Found a DC SH Bizarro for $5.00 at Wal-Mart in Texas. Also found DCSH Steel and Blue Supergirl @ Ross - Dress for Less for $5.00 each!

Man, if they look cool enough to you, you should buy them. I no longer collect the basic SW figures because you have excess weapons and other crap. The GHs stand alone and are easy to place on your bookshelf, TV, desk, etc. Who cares if they are for kids, some of them are great representations of the actual characters.
  8. No bubble bursting here. I saw someone bid that much before, don't know if its current. I never said I wanted to sell it for that much. Anyway, thanks for all the help and pricing. Appreciate it.
  9. Thank you all for the help. I have many more (possibly about 60 - 70, some MIB) that I was thinking of selling just to make space. $1 - $2 per figure seems fair as most were gifts anyway. I also have some of the 12" dolls which seem to be selling decently on ebay. I will be selling these to a friend so I not going to overcharge him. I have the 12" Biker Scout w/speeder bike which is going for about $200 MIB on ebay as well as other SW 12"dolls. I just need the space to store more items, not really selling for profit. Thanks again!
  10. Hello all! I need help determining a fair price for some opened POTF figures. I have many of the original POTF 1995 series as well as some of the mail away exclusives. I want to be fair, but I know that some of these figures can only be found on ebay or a high priced collector's store. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
  11. I just received my first official bust today: The Savage Dragon AP bust signed (500) by Clayburn Moore. I'll post pics in the "collections" thread.
  12. I was wondering: How did you get into collecting statues and busts? What one item made you decide to begin investing in this direction? My first statue was a free Mezco roach that I received when I joined their lifetime Club Mez. It is about 1 1/2 inch high and has sustained some damage due to me dropping it from time to time. I had always looked at statues/busts with amazement, but never convinced myself to disregard the price. Now that I have a great job, I am able to afford this habit (with some convincing of my wife). I have begun to make room for my collection by selling a large quantity of my opened action figure/vehicle collection (some figures sealed). I have many items from Marvel Legends to McFarlane Toys to Star Wars. Most of these items have not been touched or displayed in months and even years! I have numerous display bases from the Marvel Legends I have purchased which also fed my desire to take up collecting statues/busts as each character was able to be placed somewhat in their comic book environment. If you are interested in anything I have, you can PM me and I will send you a list.
  13. I just started to collect statues/busts. I have ordered the Savage Dragon bust from CSMoore Studios. I also plan on ordering the Savage She Dragon Variant statue (blond mohawk). They will be my first official pieces in my soon-to-be ever-growing statue and bust collection. I have always been a fan of Clayburn Moore and have collected a few of the MAC figures such as Vampirella, Buffy, Fathom, Darkness, etc. I thought it was time to transition to statues. Bowen statues have also caught my eye. I'm a fan of great sculpting and great paint apps, which is why action figures have been disappointing me lately.
  14. I will definitely buy the first series just for the Pitt BAF. I still have numerous copies of the original Pitt series, Gen13, and The Savage Dragon. I can't wait!
