  1. I think people are waiting on the unslimed boxed set they've mentioned. Also, the moment they put Peter up for sale, the others are gonna sell out along with him.
  2. I don't recommend this. The swab can leave fibers printed into the plastic because of the way acetone compromised the plastic in chemical reaction. If you want to remove the slime, use testors paint thinner(small bottle version). Be sure to have cd scratch fix compound on hand to stop any oxydation(whitish tone).
  3. DCUC is an AWESOME line, but for me I'd say no, not Toybiz's Marvel Legends. Mattel sometimes does the cheap thing and use the standard buff body on characters that shouldn't be buff which hurts the line in my eyes. Then there is the fact that too often they're happy to just paint on costumes instead of sculpting details. All that being said I really like DCUC a whole lot more than Hasbro's Marvel Legends....and maybe's Toybiz's last wave or two. Marvel Legends still OWNS dcuc. Nothing 'Marvel' related owns DC, let alone their toyline.
  4. Yeah, I got my wave today. Lots of new generic parts on them(remolded so they can only be assembled on the correct sides, etc). They have a quality that is as good or better than DCSH. I think Mattel really kicked it up this time.
  5. Ouch. Glad my two sets are okay.
  6. They seem to be completely random. Mine has two 8's on his back and some are missing numbers.
  7. What are you bitching about? this means your store is on the 'increased order' list. You'll have TONS of stuff coming.
  8. Anything spotted north of Houston TX?
  9. Final Crisis is fun. It's just too much to ask people to think. You should read a summary of Countdown to Final Crisis. But don't buy that series. It's not so great. As for tie-ins, You need to read Batman "last rites", Final Crisis Requiem, Final Crisis Revelations, Final Crisis Submit, and Superman Beyond. You can find a reading order list online.
  10. They're out. He's already shown off pictures of it.
  11. Its pretty stupid when people are willing to boycott and protest over a toy, but you won't confront the government or your local politicians over REAL choices that hurt people, especially the middle class. I already did that today, so shut up and go somewhere else if you want to discuss politics. I love that the internet gives losers like you an outlet to smart off to people like me. I tell you that it NEVER happens to me in person. Enjoy hiding.
  12. Yah. He did a good thing and has nothing to gain from it politically. Richardson and Gore also had a big hand in it. I'm happy they're home and I'm proud of President Clinton for not making any kind of issue of himself for doing it. He's been entirely silent.

  14. My target reset their mod and got rid of them
  15. Dumb? that's genius! Its also kind of hilarious. The other version I've heard is that Slimer was actually a royal knight from the dark ages who was killed in battle...which is also hilarious.
