see the thing is though people ordered multiple subbs I don't see the same people ordering multiple castles ...

There is a thread over on He-Man.org about posting when you preordered CG and many people have ordered two and even three castles. Some are planning to give as Holiday gifts for 2013
I've seen a few people say they're ordering 4 to 6.

42% isnt great. well i wont be the fan who buys multiples just to save the castle. i got 2 and thats good enough. i also got 2 subs. maybe if dolph comes up with a video i will get another one lol. if the castle doesnt happen then i am fine with it. sad because i so want it to happen but i wont buy this thing just so we manage to pull it off. i saw so manny who said that they got so much extra subs just to save motuc. somehow i felt thats nuts with comments like this. if i would sell a lot of these figures in my shop then i would consider getting two for my shop but i barely sell he-man and skeletor so this wont happen.

42% is pretty damn good since we got till November 10 before they close the preorders

i dont know but i believe that most people get on board the first week even toyguru said that for the subscriptions. specialy the once who want it bad. now the once who give it some time and think twice about it are the once who wait a little longer. its not guaranteed that they will join in for the castle. 58% is a long way to go for the next 2 weeks. we didnt even reached half by now. lets not forget that a lot of people got more then one sub and castle grayskull came as a huge surprise. i bet that some who got 3 or 4 subs cant go in because they allready supported the line with more subs then they actually need. i must say that i am also a skeptic kind of guy. i look at the worst case scenario first before i look on the bright side, lol.

I think it will end up going through, but Shokker makes a good point. Most of the die-hards likely placed orders in the first couple days, so now you just have stragglers and maybe a few who hadn't heard about it to try and get on board so I would expect the rate of people pre-ordering is going to slow down significantly at this point.

many are still worried there might be a pre authorization charge and want to make sure there is money in the bank for it.

I still haven't pre-ordered mine. I keep my credit cards in a safe and I guess I just don't feel like opening it.

That's not true. I want to see more begging videos before I make the jump. I'll put my pre-order in for sure, but not until the last couple of days. I know a lot of people want to pre-order with debit cards and are afraid of the pre-auth so they're waiting till pay day.

The final weekend Matty will get a miraculous bump and go over the goal, opening up pre-orders until January.

That's pretty crazy....no way shipping should cost that much. I wonder what your import duty costs would be like?

Unless I get sick of myself and do a self termination I dont forsee that happening. About the only way id get fired is if someone shoved me in a cannon, and if that happens the castle is the least of my concerns...
