New Masters of the Universe Classics Revealed at Powercon 2013

http://toynewsi.com/news.php?catid=352&itemid=21065

So... We all pretty much knew about Blade and Scorpia. Next year's beast will be Battle Lion.

Not too happy about being stuck with yet another 200x beast, gonna either sell him off or possibly repaint him just for shitz and giggles depending on what he looks like.

Also Matty wants to put out a 200x head pack... again, I'm getting a bit tired of 200x showing prominence in 2014. It's bad enough we will no doubt be getting the new comic book characters like Black Wizard, Gladiator, etc. What a waste of resources.

My guess is the 4H have sculpted quite a few 200x heads over the years which were never included with the figures on purpose, the thought process being one day they might release a head pack. They're doing it with weapons, so naturally they feel they can rip us off with heads that should have been included with the figures to begin with since about 2010.

I'll bet the same formula is being used with the Battle Ram. They just might release the other half of it with some unwanted character down the road... fans will jump on it because they already have the Sky Sled. Just devious sales tactics as usual.

Love them all. Battle lion is amazing and blade will be my favorite figure next year. Extendar is also teased. Scorpia looks perfect too. The 200x heads makes no sense to me. Most wont even look good on classic figures. Look at whiplash. So out of place. I rather buy a new complete 200x figure than just a head here and an armor there.

Sorry Wheeljack, I just assumed most on here would automatically refer to the org or any other site that provides pics from the cons. All pics and info can be found there or the fwoosh... or the like.

After seeing the better pics of Battle Lion, I think I will repaint him into a typical Earth-type Lion... and then maybe have one of my MOTUC customs ride him. If nothing else, It'll make a nice little paint project for me.

OR, if Clawdeen doesn't get made, I will make him... and make a custom saddle.

Love Blade, and Scorpia. I think they did an excellent job with Blade. I'm not much on Battle Lion I would have rather them give us two 200x figures instead of just one cat. I'm also really happy that we will finally be getting some 200x heads, I just wish we had some more bodies to go with them though.

Why not remake Strydor instead? I just watched the episode where he first appeared on the classics station I have on my cable system

They need to save something to draw people to sub in 2015. I doubt we'll see him this year, as I'm sure a lot of people want him and Night Stalker to go with their Fisto and Jitsu...
