  1. Voting for the STAR WARS Supreme Leader Snoke with throne! Join the darkside and vote Snoke 2016!
  2. Custom Palooza Custom Figure Contest Entry: STAR WARS: THE FORCE AWAKENS Supreme Leader Snoke custom figure w/ throne chair (22in tall x 23 in long x 18 in wide) by Call-it Customs & Kollectibles So heres my contest entry of my custom Snoke figure that I wanted to make to scale to work with the 6" inch black series figures. (I just went off of guessing size so sorry to all the precise scale people, I know theres some inaccuracies) And ultimately I think it came out awesome. Inspired by the most recent large scale black series Tie Fighter, I wanted to make something that could be large and bold, but could also fit perfectly with any action figure collection. I also wanted some functionality out of its huge scale, so even though I looked at pictures online and the throne may not be 100% movie accurate, I made several platform spaces so that way it allows room to display other action figures with it, completely displaying it's scale comparison. HOW IT WAS MADE: TIME to MAKE: About 3-4 weeks So this is by far the biggest custom I've ever made. I knew I didn't want it to weigh too much so I started with the throne and how to make it light weight. The throne weighs probably no more than 5 lbs. It was made out of foamboard, them covered with a glue/plaster mixture and painted with acrylic paints. I added some classic looking SW light panels which are made of resin plastic because originally after finishing the throne, the grey just needed something more. The throne also has a movable bridge and speaking platform made from wood and foam-board, so if you had enough space, you could really make a large throne display. After the throne, I started working on Snoke, which again, I wanted to weigh as little as possible. He probably weighs about 3-4 lbs, not much. Luckily most of his body is hollow or non-existent and is covered up with fabric. He virtually has no legs, his feet are like shoes hiding underneath his robe, which allow for custom posing. They would make great paper-weights in other uses. From the waist up, inside the chest, underneath more fabric and foam hides a 12" GIJOE doll that was just used for the ball joint in his neck, making Snoke's head articulated for custom posing. The Snoke head is an original sculpt from myself and was sculpted with Apoxie and layer painted with acrylics (better, closer photos available @ facebook.com/cicustoms) as well as each of his hands. His arms are made with bendy wire and wrapped with foam so they are adjustable, although the current pose seems to be the best. ( A dismantled photo below shows all the parts mentioned) I wanted to complete this in-time for the contest, but if I continued, I'd probably give him a cone for legs, (The robe hides the cone, so it looks like he's standing with actual legs) allowing to pose him as standing along with other hand sculpts, as his hands are currently removable/ interchangeable. So ultimately, I love how it came out. The scale works with most if not all figures, including the 3.75" line which makes him even more larger and menacing. Hopefully I covered everything, if anyone has any additional questions, please post below or message me on facebook.com/cicustoms. Thanks everyone for looking!
  3. Just a few pictures of my custom Ultron Mark 1 figure, originally an Iron Patriot figure. The Iron Legion figures were made using Ironman from the latest Guardians of the Galaxy line. I started out with 3 to build an Iron Legion army and plan to make several more to finish out the set. More images available at facebook.com/cicustoms.
  4. Finally finished working on my first Marot Robbie Harley Quinn for next year's Suicide Squad movie. The base body is a Jakks pacific wwe figure, which makes me curious to see how Jakks handles the licensing figures for Batman vs Superman. Who knows, maybe this figure will go in perfect with that future line. More images available at facebook.com/cicustoms
  5. So after seeing some great customizers redue the head sculpts on some of their Movie Collection TMNT figures, I wanted to do the same but ended up making this Mystic set of Turtles, inspired by the Nickelodeon cartoon if anyone saw that episode. More images available at www.facebook.com/cicustoms
  6. Made these two just because with the constant trailers and pic leaks, I was desperate to work on something Star Wars related. The Captain Phasma figure stems from a clone trooper body with a modified storm trooper helmet. The Kylo Ren figure actually started out from a MAGIC Funko legacy figure with alot of fabric added and a hand swap so he could hold the new lightsaber. More images available on www.facebook.com/cicustoms
  7. I made these customs using WWE Elite figures for the base from Mattel. The head sculpts were pieced together from other figures, wishing Mila Jovovich has a 6" scale figure, hopefully some company can put out real Fifth Element figures in the future, although the ReAction ones coming out looking cool in their own way. More Images available at facebook.com/cicustoms
  8. Made this custom splinter using a Jakks UFC figure for articulation with a detachable tail so he can easily sit in meditation stance. More pictures available at facebook.com/cicustoms.
  9. So this version of Slash hasn't really been seen before. I made this slash using elements from comics, tv shows, and previous action figures. I used a Marvel Legends BAF Green Goblin for the base with a custom sculpted head. I also added a lot of other accessories like all 4 of the Turtles weapons, almost like trophies on his back. More images available at facebook.com/cicustoms
  10. So this isn't my first Super Shredder custom, but most recent. I used a Marvel Legends figure for the base body, can't remember the name of the character used. More images available at facebook.com/cicustoms
  11. I used a Sandtrooper Black series figure for this one and custom sculpted the helmet to match with what little images/ video have been seen from the new Star Wars film. More images available at facebook.com/cicustoms
  12. So browsing on the internet, I found pictures of the SW Shadows of the Empire Toyline from back in the 90's which was one of my favorite concept lines and figures. So naturally I started to wish for all those figures again, but in 6" inch scale black series. I made this guy by modifying a storm trooper figure with a custom sculpted helmet and an extra casted luke head from the besin luke. I like how it turned out so we'll see if I start any new ones like Dash Rendar or Prince Xizor. More pics available at facebook.com/cicustoms
  13. So with this custom, I used the leo from the current classics movie line. Couldn't fit all the pictures on here so theres more on facebook.com/cicustoms The Shredder in the last picture was another custom, only with that one, a marvel legends Thor was used.
