As I suspected, BBTS got in some orders cuz they've still got some Rammies on pre-order for $59.99 now.

Not ideal in price, I know, but still a viable option for any unfortunate, I mean rotten cherry-pickers that missed out.

EDIT: ...and they sold back out.

EDIT EDIT: ...and now he's back.

EDIT EDIT EDIT: ...and sold out again. - Maybe it's just a revolving door of canceled pre-orders and new ones fulfilling the cancels now. Worth keeping an eye on since you might get in one of the available windows.

i got one ram man and jitsu just in case because something isn't working for my subscription. they send me a payment failure but everything is ok with my card since i could place an order today. when i check my order history no sign of ram man but jitsu is listed. i dont know but its so lame that you cant even check what is up with your orders on that damn site.

People use BBTS as a backup plan... They would cancel their preorder when they buy from Matty... That is why you see the preorder reopen on day of sale...

Umm, Jitsu is no Ram-Man. Hell, he's not even a Fisto (his rival).

I honestly didn't even know who he was until SDCC when he was being pitched for the sub.

There's a reason he's still available.

That's true...but I give Jitsu a little bit longer and he'll be gone.

Already gone.

...I mean prematurely pulled...

No way!?! Mattel would never do something like that!

Nah, See how Jitsu is still up there as of 12:30 eastern time... I don't think Jitsu has any less of a demand than Ram Man. There's no way Ram Man could have sold out this fast without some kind of WSOD or other site glitch. He was pulled. He will probably be available again later this year.

I hate to pile on here, but I agree with everyone else. Rammy is probably in the top 5-7 most popular heroic warriors. Jitsu is probably near the back in popularity for the evil warriors. I find it completely plausible that Rammy sold out that quick. A lot of people probably bought more than 1 to sell on eBay.

Not to question your fandom, but if you never heard of Jitsu until recently... then I'll assume that you didn't play with the vintage line. Jitsu is a well known character and quite popular among vintage fans. I would say he's just a popular as Ram Man. Fisto only did really well last year because Mattel actually made a smart move for once by giving him the 200x attributes, not to mention his awesome head sculpt which fans really liked.

I was gonna try for him this morning because I have a break at 11 and my buddy wanted one. Figured if he and I both ended up with him I could trade him or just keep him. I've never owned an MOTUC figure but I like Rammy well enough and I get my first check from my new job today :) But of course, I forgot about it!

I guess I'm surprised by the reaction here. How many people have said they're signing up this year JUST to get Ram Man? He's a popular character that people were all anticipating, and now that he's sold out quick, it's another Matty conspiracy?
