    SPIDEY LEGENDS!

The Black Cat looks great. I'll probably hunt for Beetle and Carnage too. Yet, what happened to the Boomerang figure?
  2. For me there are too many great figures to name, I have TOO many favorites from this fantastic line, but my favorite of ALL TIME would have to be Deadshot from DCUC Wave 9. My favorites from the original DC Superheroes line include: Brainiac, Parasite, Cyborg Superman, Kara Zor-El Supergirl, Two-Face, Cassandra Cane Batgirl, Clayface and Catwoman And more from my large list of favorites from the DC Universe Classics include: Etrigan, Red Tornado, Aquaman(classic), Deathstroke, Ares, Lobo, Green Arrow(BOTH hooded and classic), Blue Beetle, Booster Gold, The Flash(BOTH Barry Allen and Wally West versions), Black Canary, Vigilante, The Joker, Man-Bat, Forager, Lightray, The Question, Copperhead, Cheetah(BOTH classic and modern), Martian Manhunter, Jonah Hex, Red Arrow, Reverse Flash, Wildfire, Chameleon Boy, Owlman, Superwoman, Catman, The Penguin(Super Powers rendition), The Huntress and finally Ocean Master. My favorites for the C 'n' C figures are: Solomon Grundy, Metallo, Giganta, Chemo, Imperiex, Darkseid, Ultra-Humanite, Bane and S.T.R.I.P.E. Just a great line of figures overall. I even bought a CIE Sub with the hopes of getting my hands on that '90s hook hand Aquaman and the Doomsday Unleashed...maybe these figure will see a future release, one can only hope. Whoops...double post @hmmm@

  4. Thanks for the info, my only gripe now is that the BAF Ultimate Green Goblin is absolutely terrible.
  5. Anyone have any more insight on the Marvel Legends style Boomerang and Beetle figures that were revealed at SDCC, especially as to which series they are going to appear in? Judging by the Spidey display pics, I am guessing they might show up in the Spider-Man ML line, possibly with The Black Cat. They look great, I just hope they actually are found on the toy shelves. Boomerang: http://marvelousnews.com/ig.php?mode=view&album=2013_San_Diego_Comic_Con%2FDay_3&pic=IMG_1254.jpg&dispsize=600&start=0&sl=16261 http://marvelousnews.com/ig.php?mode=view&album=2013_San_Diego_Comic_Con%2FDay_3&pic=IMG_1252.jpg&dispsize=600&start=0&sl=16261 Beetle: http://marvelousnews.com/ig.php?mode=view&album=2013_San_Diego_Comic_Con%2FDay_2&pic=IMG_4221.jpg&dispsize=600&start=0&sl=16254 http://marvelousnews.com/ig.php?mode=view&album=2013_San_Diego_Comic_Con%2FDay_2&pic=IMG_4223.jpg&dispsize=600&start=0&sl=16254
  6. Thanks, Blitzwing is one of my all-time favorites, I'll just take the plunge and buy him along with Springer and Sandstorm.
  7. I am impressed with the look of each of the Triple Changers for the Voyager series, I definitely want to buy Springer and Sandstorm....but I have my doubts on Blitzwing. I've read a few reviews elsewhere that also agree that this bot has some serious QC issues with the shoulders not being able to lock into place. Another reviewer on Blitzwing claimed that the panels on his 'chest' were too small to latch on to and that his 'trunk' is too thick. This reviewer reportedly had to sand both sides down a few millimeters to get the shoulders to lock into place. Yet, if you 'sand down' too much, you'll ruin the bot and have to buy another one. Anyone here have any other remedies for Blitzwing, or words of caution prior to purchasing him? Thanks in advance everyone.
  8. Yeah, I don't know who in WWE feels the need to bury this guy. I don't get why he keeps losing to the Miz either. I mean if he would drop the US title to Miz, that is one thing, but he loses to him all the time...and by a Figure Four too @hmmm@ It is a classic hold, but I haven't seen anyone submit to it in like, ever. In other cruddy news, it looks like Jericho is actually facing Fandunghole at Wrestlemania, geez @grumpy@
  9. I bought Gail's figure and the rest of TNA's Deluxe Impact series online just to ensure that I have them Your best bet to find them at retail is Toys 'R' Us. That is the only place that I have seen to carry any of the current TNA figures.
  10. Yes, it certainly is Gail's first figure ever. I bought her figure from TNA's online shop and it is worth it, especially if you're a big fan of hers.
  11. The build for Mania is very dull this year, I was more interested in a majority of the match-ups from last year...including Rock vs Cena because at least that was the first meeting for them and fans were interested to see who would win. This year we all know Cena will win and that is that. Since winning the title, the fact that the Rock hasn't competed in even a Tag Match on TV, but can show up to TALK only shows that he is just holding the title for Cena and that he has other engagements. The match-up is boring and isn't interesting in the slightest. I agree, HHH is semi-retired and wrestles only part-time anyway, so the 'Retirement' stip doesn't add any drama to the match at all. I have a good feeling this is another predictable outcome with HHH being the winner. CM Punk is very capable of being a clever heel on the mic, but I too felt that the whole backstage segment with the urn was forced and in poor taste. I get that WWE wants the fans to 'hate' Punk, but he can get heat from the fans in other, more creative ways. This is an appealing match though, since I want to see what Punk can get out of Taker. I find the Del Rio/Swagger feud to have the best build and the most going for it. I wish them both the best though, it is either make it or break it at Mania. Plus, it may just set up a perfect time and place for Ziggler to FINALLY cash in the MITB. Jericho VS FaaanDUNGHOLE!?!?! Talk about a waste of Y2J. He deserves WAY better than this. Jericho could actually make this doofus look relevant though, believe it or not.
  12. Very enjoyable PPV. I have to hand it to TNA for the chaotic and compelling ending, certainly makes you want to tune in on Thursday. Just when I thought Bully Ray's character was getting soft, they have him win the TNA Heavyweight Championship like this, fantastic stuff!
  13. lol, I too try to make sense out of wrestling storylines...most of the time it is in vain though @loll@ To touch upon why Zeb and Swagger don't lecture or go after Cesaro, they did something similar a few weeks back when the "We the People" duo actually spoke to Wade Barrett about his non-American status. I guess there's no need for these 2 to continue grudges against the foreign heels, when it is better for them to get their point across by defeating guys like Sin Cara, or even Yoshi Tatsu leading to Wrestlemania. Speaking of Cesaro, he's still losing despite being the US Champ. He was pretty much booked in a corner here, since he faced the World Champ in Del Rio. Yet, in a real shocker, Ziggler finally won a match. I guess there is hope for him after all. Why is it that everytime Wade Barrett or the Miz are on TV, there is always a need to shove their latest WWE movies down our throats? It looks to me that WWE cares more about these ventures making money than their own wrestling product. That also goes for constant previews during Raw of 'The Call' and 'GIJoe.' The Paul Bearer tributes were great to watch and Punk's antics were executed well. Despite what the outcome may be, it looks to be the best match for Wrestlemania. I still don't think it was the best idea to have Kane beat Punk though, even with Taker distracting him. It makes Punk look like he has no chance at all against Taker and that is not the way to go. He had the longest reign as WWE Champ in recent memory, so it is only wise to make him look like the best contender to break 'the Streak'.
  14. Terrific John McClane custom you got there...and he has a machine gun, Ho Ho Ho
  15. The beginning segment really felt forced to me, it was just hard for me to believe that 4 wrestlers on the roster would just suddenly feel the 'urge' to challenge Undertaker's streak all at the same time...only to set up a 4-Way match to determine the challenger no less. The Winner gets the right to LOSE at Mania, Woohoo! The whole thing seemed really rushed. Still, Punk was the most convincing in his argument and the best choice, too bad he'll still end up losing. And Cesaro lost to Ryback @grumpy@...yet at least he put up a fight this week. I don't dislike the Miz like most, but he sure sucks at strutting...but Flair is sure good at 'thrusting' in AJ Lee's general direction. I guess the PG era can't touch the Nature Boy. Ziggler should just start wearing trunks that say 'Jobbing Off.' The Rock talks AGAIN and this time Cena joins him, yay @hmmm@ I did enjoy seeing the New Age Outlaws compete though. That was a surprise, but a good one.
