$130 at retail...no thanks. I havent paid full price for a large scale ship yet...I'll get it at around $50-75 like all the rest.

With the 3-D TPM rerelease, seems like the best time to go w/ a larger scale TPM vehicle; if the Sail Barge were coming, I'd expect it in 2013 (30th Anniversary of ROTJ), or dare I say, 2017 (ROTJ in 3-D?) @hmmm@

I am really hoping for the Sandcrawler as a large-scale in 2015

any idea of what they would do for ESB in 2016?

And, yeah, also hoping for Sail Barge in 2017

Of course...we'd be luck to get just one OT ship, considering there is nothing much to push the originals into the minds of modern kid marketing. If only theyd dump the Clone Wars and give the OT a show or something....thats too much to ask since it would require George to approve something with character depth and growth and not just flashy battles and lightsaber tomfoolery

ESB ..well we already got the AT-AT.Only thing I can think up is a new version of Darth Vaders Stardestroyer with a new version of the Meditation Chamber.

It could came as a his stardestroyer and when you open it its the chamber along side the bridge

a large scale...

...would be nice.

That would be awesome I forgot about that ship

I haven't forgotten! I really hope we could get one of these. I have the vintage Transport and it's neat but it's shaped completely wrong. If they made a new version that was bigger than the vintage one so it could be sleaker it would be awesome.

Tantive IV would be nice as the big vehicle for episode IV. While that early vintage proto was neat for its time, they could do so much more now. Then again, a new sand crawler would also be pretty fantastic and might offer more over all play value.

I any case, I'd buy all three of the above vehicles at full price but I'm going to probably wait for the MTT to go on sale.

So i have a question. I have been out of the Star Wars loop for quite a while. Does Hasbro only release a big vehicle every two years? The Millennium Falcon was released in 2008, the AT-AT in 2010, and now the MTT this year. Were there no big toys released in 2009 and 2011? Or am i just not seeing those anywhere?
