  1. Very cool picture of the turtle bros. The Raph facial expression really brings out the pose you have him in. I should take these guys out of the containers I have them in and play around with them. With all the figure releases every year, still have to remember the best of 2012 figures and I am very much looking forward to Bebop and Rocksteady. Good work with the pictures.
  2. As a big fan of 6 inch action figures, I think I will buy Total Heroes. The new 4 inch figures look good and it seems they will have articulation, but I'm kind of moving away from 4 inch. So I might be very selective with the 4 inch. I plan to buy the Batman 1989 movie figure that I read will be in the 4 inch line.
  3. Yeah, some people think the mustache on The Joker should have been sculpted on. I think it is fine as it is, but I understand the want of a sculpted mustache too. Painting it on kind of makes sense to me, because it is just a subtle mustache, not really supposed to be noticed. That is okay about not being into 1960s Batman. It is very different from the Batman we have today. As time goes on, I am a lot less interested in the Nolan movies, so I understand that not every version of Batman is for every fan of Batman. If they made new Nolan movie figures I probably wouldn't buy them, mostly because that version of Batman seems too common and I thought the 3rd movie could have been better. Anyways, the next version of Batman I would like to buy would be 6" with good articulation and a good sculpt Batman the Animated Series figures. That would be cool if Mattel made those, I know if I was in charge of deciding what to make next, that would be a line to make.
  4. They seem to all be good Batman figures from the 1966 classic line. Thanks for the information, DSmith. As for the 1966 classic line being canceled, I think that it may mean that there won't be anymore new characters made. This is my understanding, unless by canceled it means that there were going to be more figures made of the existing characters, and the figures will be harder to find without another batch of them made. I don't know, but I would guess that we will be getting the classic Catwoman. BigBadToyStore.com still has her for pre-order. I bought my 1966 classic figures from Amazon.com and BigBadToyStore.com. Shrinking future DC Comics figures (other than the upcoming Total Heroes 6" figures and maybe 6" Batman that comes after the Power Attack line) seems like a bad idea. They tried this with the 4" DC Universe Infinite Heroes, and I haven't seen any of those figures in stores in a long time, so I'm guessing they didn't do well or Mattel changed their mind. I think there will be a 4" 1989 movie Batman, I think that was announced at the Comic Convention. I don't think I will buy that many 4" figures, 6" is my favorite. 5" would be better than 4" in my opinion.
  5. Thanks for the pictures, DSmith. I was going to comment on The Joker figure, on whether or not we would get the one from Comic Con that was on display, but I was too late to the discussion. I have my Joker from BigBadToyStore, I'm glad he's the Cesar Romero sculpt. I figured it was a 50% chance we would get the cool looking Joker. I plan on reviewing the figure on YouTube. Looking at mine, I wasn't sure if he had an ab crunch joint, but looking under the figure it seems that he does indeed have one. Also, it kind of seems like Joker is looking down, but I can't decide if maybe I need to try to get the ab crunch joint to work, so he is more upright. The neck seems to only move left and right, I can't get the ball joint to work, assuming it is ball jointed. I have a quick question. I have the Batman and Robin 2 pack, so should I buy the single card Batman or the Surf's Up Batman? I think I would like to only buy one for right now, so any recommendations would be good. Thanks in advance. Great action figures though. I'm glad we finally have 1960s Batman figures and that most people seem to like them, they turned out good.
  6. That is strange looking. I guess they just decided to make him that way, maybe to conceal the articualtion when his arm is straight. I'm not really sure.
  7. He looks cool, but I wish they had not called him Deadpool. They should have made this 'movie character' a new character, and if they wanted to have Deadpool they should have made him look like he does in the comics. Looks like movie Deadpool has been ruined....
