Looking for NECA Simon Belmont Action Figure

If anyone has a complete and loose Simon Belmont from the NECA line to sale, please let me know as this is a figure that I wanted since it's release - I didn't get it the first time around since it was sold out at Big Bad Toy Store despite that I pre-order the set; I was refunded my money and NECA TMNT instead. Another reason why I want this figure as it has a bit of sentimental value as I am the one who suggested the inclusion of the shoulder pad; long story short, when myspace was relevant, NECA posted their Simon Belmont figure. Since the figure was based on the NES art and that art had the shoulder pads (and every incarnation of Simon for that matteR), I suggested that he should have one. A few days later, I was informed that they took my suggestion. That said, that is why I want the figure.

That's interesting to know that you had input in making the figure more accurate. I got Dracula a couple of years ago for around $25 and my wife got me the whole set for Christmas that year. I remember seeing the set for around $70 at that time now the Simon Belmont alone costs almost that. I'll keep an eye out if I see something I'll let you know. It's a shame NECA didn't make any more figures from the Castlevania games, they remain my favorite video game franchise of all time and there's still so many great designs they could have done.

I was surprised that they took my suggestion because I was just a myspacer making an armchair comment. For them taking my suggestion was great! Anyway, this is the artwork I used to make my argument that Simon is wearing a shoulder pad:

The above artwork is the original cover to the Japanese PC Castlevania game. It was only released in Japan, though a remake came out in the US as Castlevania Chronicles.

Here is the cover that NECA initially used as reference for their Simon figure.

I continued my comment by pointing out how Simon's left shoulder is a brown color and that the edges have rivets - I mentioned how the shoulder's shoulder and tone matched his armor and that his armor only had riveted parts. This is why NECA Simon not only has a left shoulder pad, but also a left armband - the shoulder pad was mistaken as an actual shoulder. Because NECA had no front references to Simon's front (they were not aware of the boxart from the Japanese PC game as that game was unheard of outside of Japan), Simon's front is of their own design.

It was a shame because NECA announced the toyline as more than one wave if I am not mistaken. I remembered that Alucard and Dracula were sculpted by the 4HM, whereas the Succubus and Simon were sculpted by NECA in-house team.
