The Mystery Inc Gang is completed. I had a lot of fun making these figures and hope that you all enjoy Fred, Daphne, Velma, Shaggy, Scooby Doo, and Scrappy, as much as I liked making them.

Now for some pics . Enjoy!
With gear off for a more civilian look.
Fred was a fun figure. My favorite part of this figure was adding the collared shirt to the sweater. I cut out the existing neck and part of the shirt, cut the collar off another figure and made minor adjustments to make them fit just right.
Daphne is a mixture of MU female figures with a RIA Scarlett head. Her skirt is electrical tape with the glue removed.
Velma is mostly a MU female with a Renegades Scarlett head and hands. The legs were shortened and boots added. The socks were sculpted to help hide and reinforce the seam. I tried a lot of different ideas for the pleated skirt before settling on using a mini cupcake paper liner. Her glasses were cut from a piece of blister card plastic bubble.
Shaggy was the easiest of the figures. For me the head really sells it. It's a Star Wars Cade Skywalker.
Scooby started out as a Schleich female Great Dane figurine. I had to sand down the floppy un-cropped ears and sculpt new ones. Also, being that the figure was female I added a red rocket.
Scrappy was another Schleich Great Dane figurine. I had to do the same ear mods.
For both dogs the collars are some scrap rexlace and jump rings.
I wanted the gear to be removable so I could show the Mystery Inc Gang in "civilian" mode. All but Fred's knee pad and leg pouch are removable. I'm working on an alternate leg for Fred to make him even more casual.
Let me know what you think. Thanks!
