Yeah...I appreciate that Disney has nothing planned for Indy, save for sampling his music and motifs, and demolishing his stunt show to make room for SW Land...real cute.

You know where that music would be appropriate...an INDIANA JONES CGI TOON.

A pink mandalorian who is a "tagger" is incredibly cheesy, pandering junk. Kids deserve better.

I really enjoyed the first episode. I like the characters. It's like the Star Wars version of the A-Team.

I did too. I only saw part of it. It did resemble the A-team in a way.

I think the big furry guy would be B.A. Baracus. Blow up stuff up girl would be Face.

Well I don't mean it's a complete rip-off of the A-Team. But there are many similarities to that story. That blue haired padwan did help out that fruit guy, but he got paid in fruit. They do steal to live and eat. They sell weapons to a shady dude. So they are mercenaries.

Okay, I gotta eat some crow here...

I went back last night and watched A Spark of Rebellion on Xfinity, and...I really liked it, that is once I gave it a second chance and looked past the groan-inducing one-liners the heroes spout during battle. It was alot of fun and had that adventurous OT feel. It's basically Firefly in the Star Wars universe, which is ironic since Firefly was inspired at least in part by Star Wars in the first place.

Rebels Recon #1: Inside "Spark Of Rebellion"

Rebels Recon #2: Inside "Droids In Distress"

I like the more movie-like model used for R2, not so much for 3PO, something seems too 'off'

The 'Droids at Jabba's Palace' music cue was a little distracting to me, I wonder if the 'droids at Echo Base' would've been as bad, or a little more variation to it?

I noticed Cikatro Vizago (the crime lord) used a yellow/black version of the Lars' landspeeder, not prominent enough for a toy though, lol; maybe, it'll get more use later, or show up in a future film...

I've really enjoyed it so far. It felt pretty damned Star Wars-y. The animation is clean and the writing, while obviously for a younger audience, was smart and had some depth.

The scene where Kanan "lets the cat outta the bag" was especially well done.
