I'm sure JayC will link the story before long but the terrordrome just put him up. The chest is incredibly plain, and i'm shocked they made a new sculpt for it. The arms are also on the plain side. Why not use the roadblock 24th torso and upper arms? The head is nice but that's about it. I think i'll be passing.

Nah I actually think it looks good and I dislike Slaughter. Like how they did both version from the RAH line. Well v 1 and 2 anyway. he shouln't be as buff as Roadblock anyway Naz! Plus the real slaughter was always more pudy like this

Sadly I have to agree that this not a very good Sgt. Slaughter. I would have thought it would have been better looking than what it does. I am glad that I was able to find the Jakks Sgt. Slaughter before they lost the WWE license. That will be my 3 3/4 sarge, not that ugly new sarge.

But i don't want a "real" slaughter, i want unnecessarily buff and unstoppable "Constitution like a vending machine" slaughter. I actually hate the toon character, but he is rather iconic, and I have to admit i want him in a more true to toon form.

I agree with Nasburado that they should've made a super-buff Slaughter (one that could whoop Nemesis Enforcer). However, I'm okay with this figure as is. You can always try to find the WWE Build 'N' Brawl Sgt. Slaughter if you want a buffer (albeit a slightly shorter) version.

Exactly JayC. Sarge never did have any real muscle tone. It was covered up with a nice padding of pudginess. Sure, if he really flexed you might see a bit of definition. But otherwise this is spot on to the man.

And I too love the title belt, even more so since it has the G.I. Joe logo plastered over the old school WWF Eagle belt design.

I hope he has a 25th/Modern era cardback........I'm liking him although he does look kinda weak.....Sarge should have some more definition. I'm looking forward to him though......I'm really not set on either version either. As long as I get one I'll be happy.

Yup. Realistic or no, to me Sarge in the G.I Joe world is more akin to a super hero than the reality of fat guy in tights. If I can't get him ripped than I'm just not interested.
