He is really, really cool. And yes, he works just fine with the fabled Mace of Reuben. Anyways, here's a review of him I wrote yesterday: Snake Face review

I think Mattel really did an excellent job on replicating his vintage action feature without ruining any of the sculpt or giving us any weird QC issues. Also glad he doesn't have a lever sculpted on his back. @smilepunch@

I don't have the figure, but the only downside I see is his armor forcing his arms to stick out to the sides all the time. But that's nothing new to this line as we've seen it before.

Edit to say I wonder why they didn't add the airbrushing they did on his torso and arms to his legs. That would have made him nearly perfect.

Agreed. However Snake Face's armor is actually VERY flexible. You can push his arms right down and the armor doesn't hinder it. In fact, the armor is so flexible, that it's pretty hard to put back on once removed.

Interesting. That's good then. There are a few figures who could have used softer armor so they didn't have to look like they're trying to fly or do the chicken dance all the time. @smilepunch@

  • 2 weeks later...

Finally got round to reviewing mine... the toys are building up faster than I can photograph em! (Seems like one of those good problems!)

The full review is at www.uncannyfigurereview.com for those interested in reading it.. here are a couple of images from the review!
